Serta Signature Remote

Are they just never going to get this app working? Drops connection every ten minutes. Light doesn't work. Won't find bed. Can't program sets. Hasn't been updated in over a year.

I don't know why I am writing a review, it doesn't look like they get any results. This app sucks. Won't stay con ected and will not connect 99.9 % of the time. Like a cheap movie.

Spend tons of money on something that doesn't work! I'm telling everyone that your brand sucks! Don't release an app if you don't plan to test it!

Takes too long to find and connect my bed. Can't delete other BLE module numbers from app.

Works well but could be enhanced. I am able to control either side of my split king, but it does not remember my connections. Every time I open the app, I have to reconnect. Plus each time the beds have a different name. You have to memorize the bed's MAC Address to know which side you are connecting to. It would be nice if the connections could be named and if it connected to the last bed used each time it is opened. Switching quickly between beds would also be nice instead of going to the setup screen.

This app is terrible. How can they put so little effort into this app? This would be a great selling point but instead they waste your time and give their competitors the edge.

I read all the bad posts about using app from cell phone. I have the remote. I downloaded the app and everything works. Once you pair the the phone to adjustable base your set. This app does everything the remote does. Very good app

They should be ashamed. Really a garbage attempt. Doesn't stay connected, poorly designed, little functionality. The Bluetooth option is basically worthless.

Does not work, sometime's it sees the bed, but still won't work. The main reason I bought this bed.

I got this app for the Bluetooth option so I can set my alarm but it won't actually turn the alarm on you can select your settings and when you hit back (which is the only option) it turns it off!

Decent app with good features, but it won't stay connected. It's a good idea with poor execution.

Terrible app. They should be embarrassed. I purchased a very expensive base and irks me to no end that it doesn't work

My I-pad mini does a better job.

They use this as a selling point and if doesn't even work!!!

After update, can not use app for the vibrate function, only one works and stays on until you shut it off through the beds remote, previous to update, all functions worked fine.

I was so eager to use this app on my new bed, but it won't stay connected. I had read the bad reviews but hoped things had changed...NOT.

Use to stay connected. After latest update it keeps dropping off. Vibration stays on and on and on....

After the new update i have to go into the set up and reconnect the bed manually to use it after i closed the app or some time goes by. Also they could work more with the alarm feature it doesnt work at all. I keep losing my remote so i depend on the app most of the time.

Won't connect

Open the app and it says connected without any setup. Remote does not work. Go through the setup blind since there are no instructions. Can't find the bed. Try again and now it finds the bed and connects but the remote still does nothing. Good thing the king size came with two remotes.

Purchased it because I loved the idea of being able to use use my Android device to control the base and set the alarms. This app is filled with bugs. Bottom line, it doesn't work. I called customer support and the rep said she thought they were working on a fix. When you spend $2,699 on something, you expect it to work or get fixed immediately. Apparently Serta doesn't care about their customers or they would have fixed this major issue. Do not buy if you want to use the APP to control the bed.

If you have a split king bed, you need to download the android REVERIE REMOTE app. There are two different reverie apps try each one. Everything works great!
