Useful app but login is tiresome, password and security question, why??? 4 digit pin would be much better!
Very functional and feature-rich app. Would definitely be improved by removing the secondary security question and showing instant balances without a password.
This app makes it crazy easy to transfer money between currencies. However the login process is way too painful and makes you jump through too many hoops
I really like the Onesmart concept and the app makes it fly that much better. One improvement would be for the History section to include the exchange rate for each currency purchase. Sure, you can work it out, but why not include it along with the other details. Otherwise very happy.
Can't log in. Goes to ' error security question not found' but I can log in with Internet. Pit in a pin option like the banks then I can rate different as I might be able to access it
Would be awesome if it had a quick balance, and PIN access to login. Otherwise does what it says.
I cant even sign in. Keeps saying account not found. Whereas I go onto google chrome or internet and it logs in.
App tells me account not active, even though I logged in through the website. Has never worked for me.
Thanks AIR NZ but please add a 5 digit PIN login and remove the security question and add a quick balance option this would make it a much better app
One card with different currencys; priceless. Bank fees minimised. Convenience excellent. Plus I have no debt after my trips because I can manage my finances.
Works well on Samsung Note 1. Now downloading on Note 4
Good app, the design is not pretty though, I wish it looked more native and followed the Material Design guidelines for UI and UX.
Good app but you will always get a lot less than the market exchange rates. Which is bloody annoying, it makes no difference if you are exchanging $1 or $1000 just another watcyo gouge you.
Always good, no crashes or problems
Asking for password every time is soo desktop. For people using secure passwords, this is a nightmare.
Keeps loggin me off when and I log bk in then i have to repeat the loggin in again can manage to see balance
The quality of manufacture and design of the OneSmart card needs a serious review. We have two cards in our household, in both cases the translucent cover sheet with the magnetic strip has detached and become damaged, and the size and quality of ink used on items such as the contact telephone number and other details become quickly degraded to the point where they become decipherable. One card was obtained in October last year and failed more quickly than the older card, both known as turquoise cards apparently to identify them. A big step up in quality manufacture is required.
Fantastic app. Never had any issues. I'd love to see a currency rate chart for interest. It does give you a rate while doing a transfer. But a graft of currency trends would be perfect addition. But 5☆ anyway because I love it.
Does what it says on the tin. Would love to get push notifications for when exchange rates for my chosen currencies are improving.
Very annoying having to enter in security question every time you log in. Please add a password remember function
Entering a pin instead of password and question would be a lot better.
Useful app but should be combined with main air new Zealand app like on website so you can see all your balances in one place. Turn on the screen rotate option as well
Thanks AIR NZ but please add a 5 digit PIN login and remove the security question and add a quick balance option this would make it a much better app
Unable to get past the login as the app can't "verify the response to the security question". The same details entered on the website work fine.
The one smart app doesn't work keeps asking me to provide login details, must've entered like 6 times and just gave up.
This is a superb app that has been brilliantly executed.
So easy to use. I can send money to my friends who have OneSmart and check my balance in real time which is really useful.
Nice straight forward and easy to use app. Perfect for checking my balance and loading money
Makes spending while traveling so easy, almost a little too easy!
Great App! Love the features, especially the virtual card.
Intuitive.
The website is barely functional mainly due to the illogical, almost cryptic UI. The app does nothing to improve the situation. Whereas Air New Zealands flight booking site is a joy, this app is to be avoided until they apply some decent UI design which caters to the core use case.
This is perfect keeps me up to date and on track. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Nice flow and performance. Profile pic seems to be an orphaned feature? Key/pin entry would be an improvement. Virtual card expires in 2493... Is this correct or an error?
Fantastic awesome app
All my other banking apps allow for a PIN to be used after you are verified the first time. This, you have to completely redo the login, and it's really easy to get booted. I didn't bother to use that app after I realized this. It's easier to log in to my Kiwibank account, then hit the link for my Airpoints!
It's a mobile app - login via PIN rather than password and security question would be better.
I can't understand why app requires password and security each time it is used. Further, touching the settings button means, or pressing the back button too many times, means logging in again, even when app doesn't terminate. Lastly, it is not at all obvious how to view my transactions? This should be on the home screen, it is the most used feature IMHO. Once I found the "history" transactions are not dated with the year. And the inactivity timeout is way too short. Rated as pretty much unusable and useless.
Thanks AIR NZ but please add a 5 digit PIN login and remove the security question

Decent app - though design is a bit dated, and inconsistent with the main AirNZ app. Login flow is a bit painful - password + security question every time is a little obnoxious. Would be nice to be able to configure it per user to accept slightly less strenuous security - just a pin for example. Still, the app does everything it's meant to
