Moon Phase Task Managemnt PERT

Moon phases have been key visible natural calendar and people have been willing to see present and future moon phases accurately.

PERT (Process Evaluation and Review Technique) with CPM (Critical Path Method) for Task Management and Event Management.

Guidelines for CPM / PERT :

1. Only compulsory field is Dependency node.
2. Except in node no 1, need to be left blank.
3. In rest of nodes some shorter node no should be given.
4. More dependency nodes can be given, seperated with comma ie 8,12,15
Especially in terminal node.
5. Contact no's have been removed for permission concerns for the time being.
6. However a single number, name can be given for future sms intimation purposes.
7. Finance n spent fields are to compute CPI.
8. Days and start date fields are to compute SPI.
9. Finished status will turn the node into green color.
10. By touching node you can update information.
