Resolver

Would give zero stars if i could. App crashes every time i open it. No use to man nor beast. Had to resort to using the web interface rather than the app. Even on the website, when i escalated my complaint to CEDR they rejected the escalation as they have no relationship with Resolver. Not sure what the point of this app is. It achieved nothing.

30/3/17... Updated the app... Case files were no longer syncing. Updated again on the 31/3/17 (I assume a fix for the sync issue), which was resolved... However... Now when I select the case file... It shuts down saying "Your app has stopped working".

I was able to submit my details through the app but now I am not able to check the progress of my claim. The app crashes Every time I try to! It has been going on for weeks and I have sent multiple crash reports but they don't seem to want to fix it.

The latest update is awful. Doesn't sync open cases, doesn't allow you to save notes. Useless! Better to use their website.

Crashes every single time you try to access your case. Had to use PC to access web based version. Awful.

Last time I was on it crashed. Now I can't even get into it as it says my password is wrong; which it isn't as it worked on the normal webpage and I got in that way.

AA - absolutely aweful. Already have an account and I auto sign with google. The optionis available in web form but not the app. Also, this must be the shittiest for of complaint management piece with ridiculous smilies, responsw templates, automated emails etc.

App tends to crash a lot and attachments won't open. Website far easier to use.

Doesn't work. Everytime I open the app is crashes. I have never been able to get into my case file since I go the app. Useless unfortunately

Resolver is fantastic, but the app is useless.it crashes continually. I'll be sticking to the website ( if I can remember my password)

Truly awful. Worst app I've come across. Continually crashes. Don't bother with it, and logon to the resolver website instead - it works just fine.

Only two out three of my open cases show up and one of the two even crashes when trying to open.

What the hell is wrong with this app! I press the button for my cases and its just a blank screen. I Follow the link from an email you sent me and I just get home page. It doesnt work, take it off and come back when it does.

Used it at work on the computer to claim for a flight delay! Great cant fault the website but as an app it keeps crashing! Bugs that need fixing???

A case is missing and the one I can see, crashes everytime I try to open! Bit naff. Uninstalled.

Doesn't let you log in if you have signed up using quick Google login. Utterly pointless app!

App is constantly crashing, tried 4 or 5 times then gave up, i will stick to using the resolver website

Crashes when trying to access case. App has been unusable for many months. Eventually deleting from my devices today (05/07/17).

It wont accept my username and password despite being able to log onto the website.

Good website, poor app. Alerts for an open case are visible but not the case itself. Please fix and maybe test next time before publishing to Google Play?

The new update broke the app. Keeps crashing when trying to access case files.

App works perfectly on my Galaxy S5. syncs data and lets me access it which seems to be a big problem for others. not for me though.
