This is both a widget and a live wallpaper. By downloading the app you are downloading both, then you can set which ever one you want. The widget works on both the lock screen and the home screen.
This widget is a port of www.xkcd.com/now and is a convenient way to keep track of time around the world. The world map rotates with the actual time to display times around the world and when business and daylight hours are.
To install, simply long press on your home screen, touch "widgets" in the option list, and scroll down to "Xkcd Now Widget".

I love the concept. I would love to have this as a live wallpaper on my gtab 3100, running unofficial miui rom v5 (jb 4.2.2) but the backgroud is too white and its an eye sore. Please let there be an option to change the background colour to a darker shade. Also, the widgets youve posted as examples of your work show that they can be resized. I dont have an option to resize it. The bars for resizing do show but i am unable to apply the resizing setting. I want to make the clock smaller. Cud it be the rom?

I barely need this. I'm in mountain time and the farthest away I call is about four hours, but the widgit is so well put together, and the concept so hilarious that I downloaded it anyways. Five stars.

I use this on my homescreen all the time. It's lightweight & a really cool widget. Gotta love xkcd.
