I liked getting hard to get reservations through this app but that service is no longer avail disappointed. I already have open table so now this is redundant

After I log in into the app to modify an existing reservation, I have to log in again to confirm the new time. (?)

Awful. I can't change or cancel a reservation. It also keeps telling me that my phone number is invalid.

Love not having to ask for the bill at the end of dinner. In 2 recent uses,the owner came by the table to say hi and thank me for dining. Definitely the VIP treatment

I do not like this app. When I select the option to change or cancel the reservation it doesn't work. Modifying your reservation is very important and this app doesn't work right.

The app is well designed, easy to use, and informative. The problem is the premise of their business--that you can get better, elusive reservations by 'working with' restaurants--is just flawed. You spend all day submitting requests that get rejected. Might as well just call the restaurants yourself and negotiate...it will save you time.

This all requires you to enter a credit card just to check availability for a reservation. The chat based UI makes it impossible to know how to make a request properly. I also cannot close my account from the app, and am contacting support to try to do so now

Set up app with a valid phone number. App told me my cell phone number for the last 12 years is invalid. Sent email to support and was told the issue was resolved. Attempted to make a reservation, system told me I could not make a reservation bc my phone number was not validated. Sucks I've already gave you my CC number. If you can't get basic things like my phone number to work who knows how badly you'll store or misuse my CC info.

Love this concept, just not sure I understand the concierge fee. It was waived for my last reservation in Boston. Is there anyway to know whether it will be charged or waived?

While great to look at, the app made it harder to deal with restaurants. 1. After "requesting" a reservation, it took a couple of hours to get a confirmation. By phone or another restaurant app, it would have been instantly. 2. On the next day, I had a back-and-forth, to avoid getting double charged. The waiter wasn't aware that I'd have to pay through the app. 3. The promotional incentive never happened. 4. The restaurant's website sent me away to the app store; could have made a reservation right there.

Okay, here the deal, this app is great because of two major things. One, the app can reserve a restaurant when sometime others can't. Two, Very easy and clean app.

App is easy to use and worked for me but charging 5 dollars for each reservation is too much. I will not use the app again until there is no fee to use.

Would be nice if you had some high end restaurants in south bay or peninsula. SF is just too far and painful to drive to.

$5 fee per reservation its little to much. As a frequent user of open table I would have to pay at least $100 per month using Reserve. Not worth it at all. Plus very limited choices of restaurants and cities . If you are a foodie that app is not for you!

Can't complete registration without a credit card. No thanks.

This worked out really well. You make a request or two, wait a while, and the app goes out and does its best to get you where you need to go. I also like being able to text change requests. All in all, very slick. Naturally I'm going to offer you my $20 code: ejbzw8 Enjoy.

Very nice interface. Easy to make and confirm a reservation. A card was placed on our table stating that "Our meal had been paid" and it was the talk amongst my friends for the rest of the day. Very good selection of restaurants in NYC. Con: $5 Concierge Fee My code for $20: LJHJND

While you can use this app to pay for your meal, it's only for the restaurant you made reservations for and chose to dine in. Judging by the pictures of the restaurants available (higher-end, hipster, etc), I wouldn't want to spend any more time in these places than it actually takes to grab your "to go" bag and leave. But, that's just me, I prefer total dives myself. Plus, I mainly eat alone when going out, so making reservations for 1 is a little awkward. But, all in all the app looks nice and their customer service is pretty great, so I wish them the best of luck

The crashing is absolutely mind boggling. Every time I go to another app briefly and come back to this one it crashes. It's amazing how reproducible this error was and amazing how it was missed in testing. Got frustrated and couldn't actually use the service! Would love to use. Please fix.
