Tells me after 15 minutes and getting all of my answers that unfortunately they have enough answers from someone like me. They should have figured that out after getting my demographic information. Some are tricky though and ask for the demographic info at the end of the survey. I have only gotten credit for 3 completed surveys in a two week period.

This app used to be ok but getting worse by the day....as per other reviews sometimes you answer loads of questions only to be told you don't qualify which is irritating. When you ask for a survey it keeps coming up with screen saying you havnt qualified. ..after trying to clear it several times it then freezes you out for the rest of the day because of doing to many survey attempts!! No one ever replied to complaints and the app hasn't worked for almost a week now saying problem with formatting!!!

Every survey I fill out through the app crashes or disqualifies me when I'm 10 min into it. 25¢ is not enough credit when you have gotten so much of my input. I'm giving it 1 last try, then uninstalling.

The app gives partial credit for doing full survey. I completed several surveys that were worth 4.00 but received 2.50 for them. When I notice balance was slightly going up. I started to look into it. Realizing I was receiving partial credit even though I finish the survey. I never had this problem online and will return to online surveys. Thanks but no THANKS! My time is to valuable to just throw away.

The thing that's the worst is when the survey is interrupted because the app or your phone glitches out then you cannot go back into the survey to finish it and there's no way to get credit so you waste a bunch of your time without any benefit

It takes time to rack up money but it is worth the wait.

This app USED to work great but recently keeps closing while in the middle of surveys. Please fix this bug asap.

June 26, Since last update, app won't load past start up screen, and even when it did, most surveys are not compatible with mobile devices...that was the whole point of the app.

Mmmmmok. I mean, it's fine, but it looks exactly the same as before.

I am not in the country this survey is intended for, have not been able to login for monthd, total bs!!!

sucks, no surveys in over 3months

The surveys take long to load and after 15 mins comes out saying my answers dont qualify or have enough responses for this survey.

App not working due to formatting issues. Frustrating

App works well but constantly says that amazon vouchers are out of stock. Get some in so I can spend my points

I sent message asking about it. No reply. Misleading on the amt u earn. It's not dollar for dollar. So I have $25 went to see about Best Buy gift card. It says it's $35 erewards for a $10 Best Buy card. I didn't read that anywhere and must say that's very misleading. Is anything $ for $?

But I hate being duped... Fill out 90% of the survey and then be told, oh sorry we've reached the number of participants for this survey. I feel they get their answers without paying out the full amount. Support doesn't answer email. Most of the surveys won't work in the app.

Ever since I have installed this app I have not been able to successfully complete a survey. It crashes like crazy. It's very buggy and needs fixed. I would suggest just using your internet browser until they do some major work to this app. It would really be awesome if it worked :/

I have done multiple surveys, reached the end and then it doesn't log them as ever having been done. I emailed them but they never responded.

It's a great app but requires patience and alot of surveys over last three yrs Ive cashed n 3 $25 gift cards to Gamestop no problems

Please fix this app.

Keeps kicking me out!!!!

Breaks down part way throug h surveys

After this last update, I no longer have the eRewards symbol in my notification bar when I have turned on geolocation and push notifications. So I don't think that feature is working as I am getting nearly no surveys now.

Glitchy as all get out. Runs slow and bogs down my phone. Got stuck on a redirect on my first try after the update.

This is a good survey app.

It does suck that sometimes after answering questions it tells you that your device isn't supported for the specific survey. Also some surveys don't display properly. Earlier the icons were so small I couldn't identify them to answer the question.

Finally updated but still receiving with the error message below!!!! I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5. Also still having issue with the "you are trying to access a survey that is not available in your area"!!!

Poorly designed. Surveys don't fit on mobiles screen properly. Keeps crashing. Goes round in circles, don't bother, obviously written by morons

Looked and it is using 4 percent not worth installing.

It seems with every update something else goes wrong. Now, in addition to crashing it locks up. Also, the sizing button often blocks the next button.

I was so excited when I learned there was finally an update to make this app work but my excitement turned to disappointment when it proved to be just another epic fail. Don't bother with this app it's just a waist of time. These people should hang their heads in shame for producing such junk that doesn't work.

Still says invalid email or password despite being able to use it to login to website. I tried resetting my password and still says invalid. It's been like this for almost a year now. FIX IT ALREADY!!

Often slow but e-rewards is most reputable survey co. I've found so use their website mostly by P.C.

I have been a part of several survey panels and this one is by far the easiest way to use. Great rewards too. After using for a month, I've already earned $35 to Red Lobster. Yay!
