Requested scopes out the best locally-owned restaurants and bars in town and works with them to offer tables just for you. When you come in, we handle the payment, including an automatic tip you can adjust. We make it effortless so you can focus on the best part of going out: enjoying your dining experience. How sweet is that? Unless you don’t like sweets, in which case: how savory is that?
HOW IT WORKS
DISCOVER & BOOK:
Choose from a curated list of restaurants & bars in town: all locally-owned, all foodie-approved. When you’ve figured out where you want to go, book it! Just try to not drool all over your screen while checking out all the delish photos and menus. Or do, we won’t judge.
COME IN:
When you arrive, mention to the hostess or server that you booked on Requested. They may even recognize your lovely profile photo on the notification they receive when you book!
DINE & DASH:
Eat, drink and be merry! At the end of your meal, your server will drop the check for your records and Requested will automatically charge the total to your card on file, including the pre-set tip. Meanwhile, you can continue that riveting conversation on world politics. Or the Kardashians. Whatever floats your boat.
ENJOY & SHARE:
After your Requested experience, be sure to share your referral link to friends. Not only will they be impressed with what a modern foodie you are, they’ll also get $10 to try Requested. WHAT ELSE...
How are you different from other reservation apps?
We work with the restaurants to offer you tables through the app, but we don’t charge you for the reservation. No extra or hidden fees, what you see on your bill is what you pay. While you do set a default tip in your profile, you can also adjust your tip amount before you finish each transaction. So if that bartender gave you some crucial love advice, feel free to give him some extra love.
Where can I use Requested?
Download the app to view our list of participating locations in the Sacramento area. We're adding new bars and restaurants every day and working hard towards coming to new cities soon!
Do you store my credit card information?
No way. We do not store any information and are 100% PCI compliant. We use Stripe (https://www.stripe.com/) to tokenize each card. Once you have finished your meal we will charge your card on file, just like any other method of payment.

When I go out to a restaurant and have great service for dinner I have no problem leaving a tip, but the fact that if I go to a deli for a smoothie and a tip is madatory? Great for restaurants.

This is my new go to app for finding new restaurants and great deals in town. Super easy to use so I can focus on eating good food and hanging with friends. I don't live in any of the cities with this service available but I really really really want it to come to LA. Super cool. I liken it to a "Priceline" for Foodies. If you are in San Francisco, Sacramento or Roseville than you should download immediately! If not you should download it anyway and be the first in your market once a new city is launched.

The concept is great, but the implementation sucks. There's no button to close the app, the menu button doesn't offer a means to close the app, and, more importantly, hitting the back button does not close the app.

Do not use. You can't select the tip. Required to pay 18% minimum. I should not be limited on selecting the tip amount I want to leave. A poor waiter or waitress is not getting 18%.

Have used it twice, once in Roseville, once in Sacramento. 25% off in Sacramento on a Tues night.Got a response in about 5 minutes, no issues at the merchant. Roseville, I only selected 1 restaurant and didn't get a reply.

Downloaded the app this a.m. Found that I could not back out of the app. Had to turn off my phone to get rid of it. Turned phone back on, tried again, same problem. Deleted and reinstalled. Same problem. I will probably keep the app because it's a good concept, but turning the phone off to get back to the main screen or anything else will be a pain. Assuming other people are not having the same problem since they've not mentioned it and are giving good reviews. Update..received a response from the creator of the app and they will have the back button problem corrected soon. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Really a great concept

Tried to split the check. Sent an invitation to table companion. She accepted the invite at the end of the meal, but by then it was "too late", according to the app. The app never told me the deadline to initiate the split, though, so how were we supposed to know when it's"too late" to split? Spent another 20 minutes calling customer support with the restaurant trying to reinstate the split because the restaurant couldn't override it on their own. Waste of time. I'd rather do it the old fashioned way.
