Unable to pay my bill with this app. Wasted almost an hour jacking with this stupid thing trying to link my account. I never could get it to link successfully. So, I went to the website to pay my bill. The website didn't work either.

Can't seem to figure out how to set up a bill payment. This is ridiculous, even the links in the FAQ for bill payment are broken. Just let me give you money! The reason it's 2 stars, not one, is an additional services request was very easy to do.

This site is so ridiculously cumbersome. The only thing I need to do is have an easy way to pay my bill. Why after telling me to link my account does it come back and say Im already registered, but sends me back through the same "link your account" loop again. Ridiculous. It makes you wonder how you can stay in businesss if you don't provide easy access for customers to pay their bill. Why did you change it? The old app was perfect. Don't fix it if it aint broke....

This app belongs in the trash. It does not work properly. You cannot pay your bill without a number that doesn't exist. It also fails to remind waste collection days. This is 2017. If you can't make an app to pay a bill, you don't deserve to have the bill paid.

I've been trying to use it for 30 mins. It keeps asking me to link my account but when I do, big red letters come up saying it's already linked. It won't allow me to pay my bill, or change my payment option because it says the account isn't linked. The card I use for payment has been involved in a large store hack and has been shut off, I need to change payment options so I don't incur late fees. However, since it's Saturday, no representatives are available to assist me. This is the most frustrating experience I've had with an actual company app (not just a crappy game or something like that). It's kinda shameful that they put this out in its current state. I've never met a company that's so unwilling to take my money....

Tells me I need to link account but when I link my account it then tells me that my account is already linked. Tried now over the last 3 billing cycles to use this app and it doesn't work! This is the worst app I've ever used! Extremely un-user friendly!!!

I click on the menu button on the top left corner to look for an option to pay my bill. I went through all of the menu items and there is no option to pay my bill. I called customer service for assistance. I left a voicemail for them to call me back, they never did. All I want is a convenient way to pay my bill. This seems to be a trend with this app, but even the creator of the app has neglected to fix it. The city we live in just started using this company and it is already a headache. There are other utility companies with apps that are easier to access.

The app needs to add a feature to pick your payment amount instead of just habing the full balance as an option. I had to have my account credited and adjusted but the app still reflects the old amount due and i don't have the option to just pay what i actually owe for service

It still asks me to log in with my password after it accepts my fingerprint. Nice addition, but it isn't working so well.

The app is not capable of accepting any payment that is not the normal invoice amount. As soon as you have a billing month where there is a slightly different amount due than the normal invoice, the app gets confused and does not post your payment correctly. If you ever have an unusual amount due, make sure you speak to customer service instead of trying to pay it here.

This app is just as bad as the website. Now they don't want to take my money and will charge me some BS service charge. They need real IT support or someone at corporate with a financial brain that understands collecting money, not just trash.

Using the app is easier than calling. On the phone I stay on hold forever and hear crappy music. With the app, I see a spinning icon. The app never loads, but at least it doesn't play crappy music
