Crime rates in India are increasing day by day.It has been estimated that on an average 92 women were raped,180 children were found missing every day in India, crimes like chain snatching, robbery were too common that they were never reported.now, what happens when people don't report.It does not on cause the loss to the victim but also it motivates the criminal to indulge more into such crimes.This is where the main problem starts.My android app is made in the same context.Reportme where the user can report these type of crime by just a few clicks.now, what happens when the report.people within the range of 100 miles of crime reported will get an alert that a crime has been reported in your city.This will alert other members of the society.now the concerned authories could easily found out the exact location of crime and which places are more prone to crimes.A user can easily found out safe areas to live and to avoid going out to the places which are more prone to crimes.Cases like women harassment, Child labor, Robbery, Chain Snatching can easily be reported.
The app is easy to use.
* User need to open GPS of his/her phone to view areas nearby.
* User can view the present crime statistics from nearby areas and can avoid such areas. *By default app search for 25 miles area nearby.A user can change this value from Settings.
*User can subscribe crime channels from settings to get crime alerts when a crime is reported nearby.
*User can report his/her crime by clicking on Floating button at the bottom right corner of the main screen.
*User need to signup From Facebook or Google to report a crime.This is done to get genuine reports.
*While Reporting a crime User can add related photos to make it more authentic.
