Once I found instructions for this app online I was able to use it successfully. Not without its flaws, since the app won't allow me to download or view the videos the device took, it will let me delete them though.

Just as stupid and poorly programmed in China and not tested as well.

Keep the device plugged IN and test it on wi-fi and on data. And you see it works fine.

I got app to locate camra but it costantly says device off line but when i search for it, it says online. Is this a glitch. Please help for better rating

Either Device doesn't work or application not work. Owner do need to file a recall now.

The App works fine for me on all my Android devices. I must say it was rather difficult at first to configure but once properly configured I was able to access the device from my cell phone, laptop, tablet, and desktop. I was even able to access it from my cell phone over the 4G network. The only option I wish would become available is choosing a different recording format for the desktop app. It currently records in a .bin format rather than .mpg, .avi. or .mp4 and that forces me to use the recording software to view the recordings.
