RentoMojo Rent Furniture India

Initially I did a lot of review before zeroing down with RentoMojo. The main comparison was done with Furlenco and when compared, I found out a huge difference with the furnitures - there was a rental difference of almost ten times. So my mind was little bit hesitant about the condition of the furnitures RentoMojo would be providing with. But I took a plunge and went for rental with RentoMojo and when the furnitures reached my place I was left amazed. The furnitures were in tip-top condition, well maintained and properly packed. I would advise anyone to go for RentoMojo without a second thought.

Extremely pathetic service. Document verification for the same account is done evry time you book a new order. Also, status of verification never gets changed on app and no updates regarding delivery or pending documents is ever given by SMS or email. Would never recommend it to anyone because it creates more nuisance than giving solutions.

Worst service ever. Booked a fridge 5 days ago then after long waiting for delivery,it got cancelled yesterday and now I'm waiting for my refund from past 2 days. When you call the only thing customer support executive says that he will talk to the logistics team, that by the way never happens. If you want to have one more problem in your life I will strongly recommend rentomojo to you.

Runs very well. Makes it very easy to rent any of the products they have. They provide quality products too. The documents upload feature for verification is a very convenient add on. Although, it could be improved. There was a little confusion with that. But overall an excellent service and I would recommend rentomojo

Extremely pathetic service, ordered a table and chair last week, everyday they'll call and ask for different documents to verify. Next me and my roommate provided documents dated same year yet they find my document inadmissible. There is no alternative solution too unfortunately I had to cancel my order.

Extremely pathetic service. Customer care doesn't pick up the call. It's been 4 days since I booked an order and paid the advance and uploaded the documents. Nobody called. No follow up. Nothing. This is just pathetic service. Highly disappointed.

Horrible application. Service is poor. Gave an order over 10 days ago and now they refuse delivery. Try using some other applications if you want to save time , money and peace of mind.

They take your money as soon as you order and then you wait for them . Silence, 1 week long silence, was there a problem , document verification, do they send notification, no you call the customer care ... Many times. Service sucks basically, bad managers bad coders just a good idea

Severely disappointed with how they treat customers. A complaint about wrong item delivery has been pending for more than 20 days now and nobody cares but they can call me up twice in a day for pending rent for something I didn't order.

Rentomojo Don't keep their "Promises" .They'll keep you waited and never make an effort to call you even after placing your order and making payments and submitting KYCDocuments , forget about replies to your emails, because they don't care about them.They are very lethargic .Whatever is mentioned in their terms and conditions are fake and theyll surprise you when you call them to know the status of your order ,they ask for more. I became a victim by their fake Promises,after a long wait and hearing their careless response I cancelled my order. So be cautious or you may have to regret later

Very slow service. Booked a bike 3 days ago and am yet to receive any updates. Customer care people say end of day everyday. Dont know if I will even get the bike.

Pathetic services. Money minded company. Once you rent out the furniture, they will ask you to fill ECS form or they won't deliver the products. Cheaters and liars. Your policy does not mention that. Very slow service and delivery.

Documentation process is irritating. Don't take deposit before documents are submitted. There is no option to cancel the order in app. You don't want scanned copy or pic of documents then what exactly you want. And not all are staying on rent. And getting employer's letter is not easy for everyone for such small issues for renting furniture. Why do you require all such documents in first place.

Not able to pay. It gets stuck on 'processing payment' and exits saying net connection is too slow. Other apps are working fine.

Very poor service. I did not like the service at all. No verification call was made to me,despite of sending all id proofs on time. There was no response from the team. Finally I have cancelled my order and I want my booking amount(INR 500/-) to be refunded. The documents will now be misused, worst service ever. Will not recommend anyone to go for this service.

Great app and I really like the minimal UI. Spot on service and a very fine piece of furniture thanks to you guys (low key loving this). Looking forward to more great options from you guys soon, good job RM.

Poor management. Thay require everything - permanent address proof, rent agreement, employment card, etc. Why would I submit all these just to get a bed or mattress on rent. Funny part is if you don't have rental agreement in your name, they ask you to get a letter from HR mentioning current address and permanent address. This whole process is pathetic.

Very poor service. They at have limited options and they are out of products most of the time.. When it comes to delivery, they don't deliver it on the day they promise and infect delay it further

For the service was seamless, A Brand new Activa was delivered in just 4 days of booking. The support staff, the delivery team all were professional and well trained. The best part was competitive rates ...All that via this one App. Kudos to RentoMojo will look forward for more things in future ...

Worst customer care service. I ordered for a study table, after making the payment I called them for 2 days in a row no body picked up. On the 3rd day they said this can't be delivered. Irresponsive customer care. NEVER ORDER FROM RENTOMOJO

These ppl makes a fool out of you . After all the documents I submitted they still want some more.I would advice not to go with rentomojo in any case as you will regret it later.

Ordered single door wardrobe on Monday. Yet to get any update. Worst service. No response to email too. I want to cancel my order.

It never open ,either in the laptop or mobile phone this error message flashes every time - "Oops this was not intentional Try Again

This is the 4 th time i am reinstalling your app and unfortunately gonna delete. Same images.. A wardrobe, bed and dresser. If i think to rent and compare with other options.. Then they are more simpler one rent, one deposit. And cheaper. Guys you need to improve your app first. Looking at reviews and prizes have to uninstall the app again. Going back to Furlanco

Refund process is a scam, extremely illogical and money centric. Rented furniture for 12 months, deposit amount was 5k. Ended the tenure after 9 months, instead of refunding, they asked me to pay up 5k.

Don't ask them about deposit, they charge what they want in the end. So it's better to go with other apps.

Worst service. They ask for pay slip just to rent a bed.

I placed an order on 28th April, did not receive my order till may 3, when asked for cancellation they are playing around, worst customer experience, guys please do not opt for this, it's useless

For a 180 L refrigerator the rent price is Rs 799/month with a security deposit of Rs 1700 (for a tenure of 1 year). Do the math that amounts to Rs 9600 per year +Rs 1700 deposit= Rs 10,300 .If I shell out the same bucks won't I get a brand new refrigerator??
