Great, simple app. Used once. Make sure you know if you need to print the voucher or can use the app. It was a shock to find the rental company wanted €800 deposit

The app doesn't work. I can't log in. I can't see my booking. I can't log into the main website on my phone either. I'm not filled with confidence that this rental is going to go to plan. I'll go direct to the company in future.

It's excellent but I tried to change the pick up location... and it doesn't allow such amendment

They will stole your money, unsed day wont refund. I had bad experience and will never deal with them again

Why to rent with this app when you can rent directly from their supplier?

So far I have to hate it !!! The app and its backend servers must be running on an PX XT from 25 years ago... just's spinning for several minutes until I killed it.. then it came up again, no data. I logged off, logged in again ... prrrrfffff... i was greeted with the message at the bottom "Something went wrong" and the app has no data. Never able to use on the phone... on the website, it goes pretty smooth though, so I probably will use the browser on the phone to look the shit around. Oh yeh, trying finding an email or phone for support ? Forget it. Actually, there's a gethuman.com that will find it for you.

Never again. They do not have any motivation to support family travelers. Booking was not organised well, they forget to order booster for children, and if you had to give the car back early (healthy issue) company will not give you back any cent. Last time I used this service. I can just now imagine how they will solve insurance issues if something happens with car.....

I hate this app they say it's quick and easy but it don't allow u to cancel it booking and u have to fone and wait forever. If u email for help u get no reply for a day or two. How is this helping the customer?

I am supposed to be able to access the voucher for my car rental but couldn't do it and I use the internet all the time. It is possible to print the receipt however

A vital piece of information is missing: the deposit amount! I got the shock of my life when I went to pick up the vehicle and was told the refundable deposit I had to pay... One needs to prepare for such. Nowhere in the app or in the confirmatory email is an indication of the deposit amount stated. Please fix this. PS: Solve that and it's a 4-star app, easy.

Great app for rental cars worldwide. I really like the way your able to take photos and attach them to each booking.

App is ok for renting but impossible to service a rental. Calling them is bad too.
