Appalling app! Is slow, not user friendly, asking for info we did not have and took 3 attempts to recognise my NIE. Went to the web app and that may scrape a 2*rating. Come on Renfe, For a huge company this is an embarrassment to you.

The apply displays contradictory information about prices and then when I try to sign up, it asks for a payment code. I have no idea what code it is asking for and the help button doesn't work, neither does the virtual assistant Irene. Absolutely useless

Crap app! It does not accept my passport nor phone number. Not very tourist friendly. Since I need electronic receipts for all my business travels I will have to take a taxi or take the chance not being caught without a ticket on the train.

Doesn't connect. A real shame. This is the interface that many tourist coming to Spain face before traveling. What a positive impression (ironic)

Awful doesn't work at all have to fill out too much info don't use. Unfortunately the website is worse

It bugged me with nonsense format issue, no explanation. Don't bother if you are a tourist.

This application is awful. It has a non usable interface, it's slow and full of bugs. I don't recommend using it.

Won't login without Spanish ID/passport... its not usable

Cuando entras a tus viajes, y seleccionas el icono del calendario no funciona la opción de qué te lo incluya en tu calendario. Hay cambios de billetes que no te permite hacer desde la app.

No me deja buscar mi ticket sin registrar y cuando lo intento no me deja restablecer la contraseña

A mi me funciona bastante bien, puedo comprar y ver mis billetes sin ningún problema. Y para ahorrar papel y evitar hacer colas me parece buena.

Esta app es un insulto para el progreso tecnológico. Después de todos los problemas, solo puedes dar de alta tu tarjeta de banco en la página oficial?!

Se nota que no han tomado en cuenta el usuario. Es necesario registrarse .porque si no es necesario teniendo tarjeta de crédito..si sigues el enlace registro no vas a la página de ayuda. Buscas la página de registro y después de perder media hora de tu vida en poner todos tus datos (quieren hasta el nombre de tu mascota) la web te da un error inesperado

A totally useless app that takes you around in circles unless you have a user account with Renfe although there is a guest user option. As a gesture, if i could avoid traveling with Renfe, I would.

The application needs a total overhaul. It's buggy, badly designed and without the user in mind. More over, here are a few points that I think stand out the most: the application requires username and password to do most of the operations related with the tickets although no username is required in the website; there is no option to register a new user and the information given *by an external link to the non-mobile-friendly renfe website* is faulty. I have a more things to say but I reached the char limit.

I have to register and as well the content is in Spanish. I going to uninstall unless you give me a chance to access without an account and in English or French.

Porqué es necesario registrarse? Porqué tengo que dar mi tarjeta de crédito antes de ver los horarios y precios? Porqué sólo puedes registrarte si "ya has comprado con Renfe"? App ridícula

No se puede comprar un billete para bebés desde la app. Realmente útil esta app para una familia, sí señor.
