Gives inaccurate information, tells me the car is not plugged in when it is, always saying too many requests. Renault, is it so difficult to produce an app that works?

Well, it sometimes works. Most of the time it doesn't. I certainly won't be paying for access when my 3 years of free access runs out. Embarrassingly bad for a major company.

Only thing that works is showing the battery status. Attempting to do anything else results in a "too many requests" error.

Basically does the job - tells you how much battery you have left, when your charging is finished or is interrupted. A little bit temperamental with update frequency.

Has never worked properly since day one. Have uninstalled and will not be using and certainly not renewing when my three year subscription ends

App hardly ever updates status so effectively pointless.

It works, but it's basically the webpage in an app. They could have done so much more with it.

A lot of ' too many requests ' messages when selecting preheat or battery status.

The app is fine, the server side not so much. Once it's working then it's very good.

Stopped working on 15th September. 2017. Reinstalling didn't help, totally useless. Refreshing = to many requests to server. It's not worth the effort setting up..

Worse than the previous one. Improved visuals is not considered to be an upgrade for me ! It is slow and now I need to scroll to find the menu I need. At least with the old app I could use the menu to navigate to all functions. User experience is terrible. I will keep the old application.

My car failed to charge for the 1st time last night, ze services was unavailable, today there is a fixed version of the app which so far has worked every time. I just hope this means the server side is fixed and we can look forward to a useful, working app.

Being able to check battery and then on air conditioning remotely is fantastic... When the app works. More than half the time the app doesn't launch, buttons don't work, constant server errors... Bad. Let's down the Renault Zoe which is fantastic! P.S. CREATE AN OPEN API!

The old app wasn't all that good, but at least it worked. This app doesn't work at all. Just keep getting server error. Plus it reset my charge scheduler. I wouldn't install it at all if I were you. Shame on you Renault. Is this the best you can do?

What are renault messing around at, it's worse than the original . Don't waste your time downloading it. Waste of space. Don't pay the yearly £80 fee for it either because it just doesn't work.

I'm downgrading this from 2 stars to 1 star today after my car failed to charge shortly after I left it at a 7kw location and when it was *crucial* that it fully charged. The single most important thing we need from an app is live charging information and notification of charge status changes. Meanwhile other useful features would be if I could share a location from the maps app on my phone directly to my car, so that I don't have to wrestle with the in-car satnav to find the location I already researched.

And I thought I could get the life status of the car, lol. Renault did well with the zoé, but the app (and the site) just don't offer the information needed. The application is rather slow, it can't be quit. No quit button. One needs to use the home button, which means the app still runs in the background.

App has refused to acknowledge car since 29th Jan 2016 two months of no interactive service and no easy way to contact any one for help or advice. Really disappointed with lack of technical support and app which doesn't do anything but take up phone memory

Hardly ever works since the redesign, and there is less information available than there was on the older version. Amazing how poor this app is for such a big company, and how infrequently it is updated.

Why no UK charge points? Very disappointing. We want to be part of this exciting ZE community!

Well his lowly attempt at an app gets worse.... in fact to use a number of the "features" you need to pay Renault money, £80 to be precise to be able to activate remote charging and remote heating. Who in their right mind would pay £80 to activate a feature in car so a badly written app that works maybe 30% (being generous, usually reports your car is out of range when its 10ft away and yet the car key works fine for heater activation). Avoid like the plague! Zoe is a great car but the backend Rlink and my Z.E. is an utter shambles that lets the side down. Re-write the app, make My Z.E. Inter@active free (after all we bought the bloody car already) and maybe it will be better than this steamer!

It's a browser window inside an app. Probably that's why it runs so slow. Overall a very poor app. Keep trying Renault.

this app dosnt work dont waste your time trying to use it thought i would give this app another chance after having problems after recent update should have known better downloaded ok but when i try to log on no keyboard screen for me to enter details

This app is an embarrassing disgrace. I have paid EUR 300 for Z.E. Services and this is what I get? A clumsy and dog slow app that shows no data whatsoever. Only a recurring "Unknown error" message. Dear Renault, please get your act together and bring us decent app matching the quality of the car.

Does not adapt layout to my screen, language translation awful (use a professional or at least get someone who speaks English to check it), not able to view range in miles, cannot update notifications due to 'server error. Appears to be a rushed release and poorly developed.

The Zoe is a great car and deserves a perfect app to complement it. This is rubbish. The whole Renault services thing needs sorting out. Update, checked today 9th Feb 2016 and it now has Miles range for UK, thank you.

Terrible app for an amazing car. Have to log in every time (even after ticking remember). Bearing in mind Z E Services are a chargeable add on after initial period, this needs to be so much better!

Things this app needs: 1) UK support, this app doesn't have the UK maps. 2) Calendar support, it only supports charge and AC on demand or on a single timer that expires after each use. 3) Multiple cars, my family runs on two Z.E. cars so to be able to manage both easily from one login would be great. 4) App notifications, why not give us the option of app notifications in addition to SMS, email, and None. 5) Speed, the way the app works could be improved to show loading screens instead of awkwardly hanging.

Why is this so poor.... Why isn't the UK better supported... Miles? UK Charging points? Slow to load..... Not really an App more a mobile website link...... Not sure why bother changing the previous one..... Just look at what the competition offer..... Have a word with yourselves.......back to the drawing board... If you think I'm paying one penny towards using this after the first year think again....

It's not often a replacement app is worse than a terrible original. But Renault have tried hard and succeeded and releasing a truly awful follow up to the original. No increase in functionality, bland, umcustomisable, measures only in kms. Things you could see on 1 screen previously now require 6 screen. Congratulation Renault you've turned a poor app from 2012 into a truly merd app for 2016. For ideas look at VW, Audi, Nissan EV apps. Light-years better. Minus 1 star.
