MY Renault

I cannot log on because it says my password us wrong. However i use the same password to log on the PC. Stupid app really...

I live in Turkey. I have Talisman. I can't change the settings and set up Turkey as my country and Turkish as my language. Mileage is wrong. Please release an update or advice.

The mileage doesn't mirror the website and I cannot adjust the app mileage. As it loops through the confirm buttons.

Terrible! Mileage wrong. Can't really see the point of the app.

I get "oops an error has occurred" when I login with correct details (it does tell me correctly if I have the password wrong) Non functional.

The app is ok for service times and seems to locate your car on a map. Otherwise that's it. DEVELOPER request; can we have the option for miles and km please.

Can't log in but can only tablet useless since updated

I can't even login all I get is a sync error msg. Online account has issues too as it doesn't seem to support edge or chrome properly. Not a good start to my first Renault experience avoid till fixed !

It won't let me log in. No problems logging in on the website, but that says my registration number is invalid anyway, so I wouldn't get any use out of the app regardless!

Bug - reproduceable, Sync error when trying to log in, work around by creating new password, but logging out then produces the error next attempt. Renault please read this and fix.

It did work for the first couple of days but now won't even let me log in. Error something to do with synchronisation

Mileage nearly treble & can't amend. Service schedule completely wrong. Spoke to Renault support but 6 months later still 100% incorrect !!!!!

Cant even log in. Been a few weeks now saying synchronisation error. Very poor.

Cannot create account as you put in postcode and it searches for the address then it gives you a box to select but when you click it just gives you a radio box marked select so as you cannot choose anything you cannot create an account so cannot use the app. Do big companies realise that a poor app reflects badly on them......

do not download app doesnt work was advised by renault to wait till may as a new app is due out

Used to work fine. Now it won't let me log in. Keeps saying a sync problem.

This doesn't have up to date information about my car. I assumed it would link with Renault dealers and servicing but doesn't seem to as having just had my car serviced it still says it needs one in 3 months and doesn't give any information about the work done at the last service.

Just terrible. Please give us back our old app. Could see payments. Get it sorted

Great that I can access my info whenever I want to. Also booking a service just got easier

Can't find my car so can't use

The app allows me live in UK only. Everything's in English and to confirm registration I got a link to Germany, which does not work. Any French app?

This app does not work properly wrong data on app if you edit you data sign out then return it's back to wrong data again tried to contact my Renualt 3times but no contact back to help not happy would have given less than one star.
