Unable to see the arrow

Turns out that it's just a viewer, Could not make the mouse move under any circumstances. Sorry I wasted my time on it.

Great free option with great features over other remote programs. Fast and reliable. There are a couple issues keeping it as a 3 star. One, can't use the private server option with mobile, using their servers work great. Two, no way to alias the internet IDs so you have to remember which computer is which. Finally, no way to send Ctrl+all+delete, a must when my computers are locked. With those 3 things fixed, a definite 5 star. Add control alt delete for 4 stars. Keep it up!

I have 100s of PC's I need to connect to. I'm only seeing internet-id's not an address book. That's not going to work for me. The PC client is pretty good though.

Keeps crashing and deleting my list of go to computers. So irritating. Worked better on iphone. Fix!

I love Remote Utilities. It has a small footprint and has never let me down in accessing my customers servers and computers. Unfortunately I can't get a mouse cursor on this Android version running on my S7 Active. Hope to try on the next version. Appreciate the attempt for an Android version.

Horrible, i have 3 android devices. The mouse is not visible on any.Google should remove garbage like this. Completely useless

If there would be a option to lock the pc while accessing on the cellphone and improve the refresh rate because i'm really having a bad latency..

Missing features, Needs major UI update. It works to get you connected but it really needs a better UI layout and for the layout to conform to some Android UI standards. The textboxes are too small. The rectangular "stop" button needs to be replaced with a back arrow or something more useful. All the buttons are too small for big hands. It needs a listview to show all the saved connections, not a spinner. Typing to the remote computer is not so simple in landscape mode. Why have a keyboard button if you have to press another keyboard button afterwards. Someone needs to read Android Design Guidelines and look how good apps are designed. Missing features: - Active Directory Login. It doesn't work at all with this!!! - Address Book sync with server. - Remote drag and scroll functions. This app may hold me back from purchasing a license. Edit: It has been almost 1 year and no new features. They have done a lot of work on their software excluded Android. What a shame. 1 star rating now.

Great product. Excellent support. Very reasonable pricing if you need more. There are many remote login products out there but this company is very generous in what they give you for free and the quality and speed is great. Highly recommended!

Works perfectly on OneTouch Icon Pop Android Kitkat. I'm able to control my home and office computer. Can't control an older computer because it's still running Windows Vista! I've used it over wifi, but have not yet tried it using data airtime. It's a little bit challenging because of the size of the screen, but if I were really in a bind, then I could zoom it in, and be patient enough to do whatever I needed to do remotely. It would be nice to nickname the computers, but that's a small issue. Very happy with Remote Utilities.

Tried on 2 completely different devices, same result. Barely shows a splash screen, then "Unfortunately, Remote Utilities has stopped." Reinstalled, no luck. It's a shame, the PC version seems promising, but my phone and tablet aren't PC's.

on zenfone : application does not support this device. What cause it? any idea. pls fix it.

Best thing about this software is that it works in LAN as well via Internet and it's free for 10 computers

Desktop version worked beautifully. Android version only support "Remote Utilities security" password, not "WinNT security" username/password combination. The app often looses saved address list

I appreciate the Remote Utilities so much and they even give away FREE licenses. And this software is without a doubt the best in its field on PC and possibly mobile.

I heard of this app from a friend and i just had to try it out...... I am SERIOUSLY glad i did.... Completely made my chromecast obsolete! Now i just use my phone to control my laptop that is placed next to the tv... No need to even get up from the couch and gives me full access and control over my pc. The mirror of the laptop screen on the phone loads a little slow, but i don't really use for anything but reference. One improvement that will seriously make this product unbeatable is if there is better control of mouse clicks. For eg, 1) two finger tap = right click 2) two finger drag = scroll 3) right click button 4) and a way to hold down the click button to enable dragging of windows etc do this, i I shall give 5 stars!

Love the desktop and especially the server utility, but this app is still far from useful... :( hope you update/upgrade it soon...

Remote Utilities now works on my OnePlus One running CM12, but it still doesn't work at all on my Asus TF101 Transformer tablet running KitKat. Also, some screen updates are very slow.

Saw the update and thought it would fix the issue with lollipop, unfortunately not. Please get this working on lollipop
