Im trying to change my picture on the app, but it keeps saying cant communicate. Had app for almost a year, no problems until recently.. please help me

My regular app stopped logging me in, no warning, no email, just told me I didn't have a premium account, which I never had. This app failed installation until I removed the "premium app". And the only feature of the app, THE DAMN REMOTE, isn't the default page when you have only (1) ONE CAR. How hard is it to get this right AGNIK/VOXX? Seriously, make the only feature the default page if you only have one car. Happy the driving score BS is gone, but at least make it an option for the default start up page.

Always has message unable to communicate when trying to remote start. Then suddenly when i got out the garage the car has started already. Next try it didnt start at all, then another try it started but as soon as the message pops up the car stops. 59.99 for the basic service fee. Smart start viper is more cheaper and 10000000% better. If this wasnt free when i bought the car i would not havr this piece of trash installed.. see no customer service at all.

I got the basic option to just use the remote start for my car. I must tell that I love to click on a button on the app and walking into a warm car in the cold winter days here. It has never failed for me.

Worst app ever! You can't tell if the engine is running or not.

I have been using it with Audio vox remote kit and the app looks great and it works fine.
