My dog heard it clearly. He was laying at the floor relaxing when I put the frequency at the highest and started it. I couldn't hear anything, but he ran up to me and sniffed at my phone, then gave me a look that said: "What the heck is that??!?". Very amusing and interesting!

This app works perfectly! I used it on my poodle and he started twitching and tilting his head and hiding his face... Oh man... It was funny! But still kinda cruel..
