Most useless app I've ever tried to use. Worthless. Sending the pillow back. An absolute waste of money- don't buy their products!

Wonderful in theory but not in design or function. The app will exit sleep mode on its own while I'm asleep. It takes anywhere from 3 to 30 (I wish I was exaggerating) attempts to sync then aftwr syncing it's another multiple attempt to start sleep. That's IF the audio will connect. I have done as they said but the issues are constant. The pillow is comfy and I enjoy the alarm in it. But the app and functions of Bluetooth are shoddy at best. Not impressed and already have buyers remorse for funding on kickstarter.

Stability has been MUCH better with the most recent release of the app. It's still not perfect. The are still some obvious bugs including the need to occasionally manually force close the application but if you learn the dance then it's usually pretty reliable as long as you dance the dance. I'd ideally give this a 3.5 rating at this point. A couple bug fixes get it to a solid 4.0. All bug fixes and some obvious missing features and UI cleanups would get it to 5.0 stars in my opinion. A previous version of this app only got a 2 star rating by me because of some bugs specific to Google Pixel phones, but those Bluetooth bugs appear to have been fixed.

This pillow has changed my life! Can't thank you enough for increased quality of sleep and peace of going to bed with my music, that only I can hear.

It takes forever to sync...when I want to sleep it's stuck on that forever. I wish I could just use the bluetooth for music separately until this app was more user friendly. It's too complicated for no reason.

A tonne of glitches and it often loses the data from the night. I often have to shut it down and restart to get it to connect.

I am using this product for a while. The latest version works fine. No issues.

Second night of use. Won't sync. Only plays music. App keeps trying to sync but doesn't!!

Too buggy

Extremely comfortable.

App crashes every night. Music will play one or two songs through Spotify then quits. This happens on both Android and Apple versions. I would not recommend yet. Pillow is comfortable and this is a good idea but all of the bugs have not been worked out.

Bluetooth won't connect. Phone recognizes that Bluetooth is there when syncing but won't turn on. Very frustrated. Will update review if I figure things out later. Right now, it's just an expensive pillow.

The pillow disconnects in the middle of the night causing my room to glow green. My wife is going to smother me with this pillow soon. The concept is good just keep updating to fix the issues. I still have faith in ZEEQ

After a very bumpy start things are getting better. Would like to see an icon in my notification bar so I can remember to disconnect in the morning. I have forgotten a couple times because I forget it's there.

Everytime I open the app, it crashes at least once. Sometimes I have to force close it and reopen it before it will sync. The pillow itself is comfortable, just need to work out the bugs with the app.

Little bit unreliable when playing with other apps. Had it refuse to synch a couple of times but otherwise I like it.

User Experience and stability for the pillow syncing have to be improved (maybe in concert with a FW update of the pillow). Most of the time I have to fiddle with the remote until the app is able to connect.

Does the app tell you how many times or when it woke you up for snoring? It goes off when I talk in my sleep as well...

I have had no issues connecting to my pillow, using the app, playing music and so forth. Any issues I've experienced have been user error or streaming speeds, which I cannot hold the app or pillow responsible for.

If I use the music to lull me to sleep, the pillow is dead before I wake and I can't upload my sleep. Takes forever for it to sync to my phone as well

This is a wonderful pillow and app! I haven't had the problems others have had.

App is still slow to sync and update upon waking but every upgrade it gets better.

Had this pillow for a month now and I love it and the app easy to use.

Works as expected

After a few updates over the last few weeks, I still have to try 10 times on average to connect to the pillow, another 5 to 10 times to Start Sleep. The alarm actually did go off this morning. But then after 5 attempts to Wake, when it finally worked there was still no sleep data. Still not working. Still.

Got my zeeq pillow yesterday, tested it last night. Everything seems to work fine, it does take a while to connect to the pillow but I wasn't expecting any better with my Motorola moto3. I'll try a different device tonight, music streaming works well to but somehow requires internet connection even though the songs have been downloaded on the phone? I'll update my review in the next few days, so far so good.

I like the zeeq pilot a great deal. The tech works well, soothing sounds to sleep by, snore control, an alarm, and great graphic feedback. The Bluetooth connection is sometimes temperamental.

Got my pillow on Christmas day and having issues with pairing. UPDATE: App seem more stable and after deleting and reinstalling the app is now working. It's fun to have the info on my sleep habits.

Liked the pillow. Had connection issues initially with the app but after the support team guided me to fix my issues, its working perfect.

Initially there were some issues, it's working perfectly now. Looking forward to get more of my sleep.

Yep little tricy, got some glich in English(UK), after upgrate my app and pillow work smoothly.

The app is glitchy. It is constantly losing connection with the pillow. The pillow is very comfortable. I am glad I purchased it, but for the reason I purchased it (the music and sleep score capabilities), it is not working. I look forward to the updates and will update my rating once that occurs.

The pillow is fine; however, the app doesn't work. I installed the app and did the set up then turned it off. When I tried too start it to go to sleep it just crashed. It continued to do this after re starting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling

The pillow is well made but unfortunately the technology isn't working reliably. When it works for me (about 10% of the time) it is great and I would give 5 stars. The app doesn't easily synch and when it does it often loses connection. I have tried multiple solutions like reinstalling app but it continues to be a frustrating experience.

Got ZEEQ in the mail today. It will pair with my phone, then when I try to connect there are "no Bluetooth devices in range" every time I try to move past that. I'm so frustrated. Edit: after updates, speakers still will not connect with my Note4. I can't wear headphones at night - being able to listen to music is the only feature I bought this for.
