Trying to purchase the app with goggle money and is being refused any ideas.

Seems like a good app. But when I try to get the full package from my location (Malaysia), I get an error message saying: "This app uses a billing version that is no longer supported. Check the Google Play Store for app updates which may resolve this issue". No updates are available though. I also tried re-installing, but it still gives the same error. Please help.
