Premium showing is very high comparable with other companies health policy. Not a good tool....

Secure5 plan not showing in this app also nominee details not showing when we are selling health plan with PA cover.

This is the best app.

Each time the app updates its whole profile saved data is lost.. Sp code has to be entered again.. Which is hectic in front of client

Worst service ... Password reset issue ..I forget my password but wen I clk to forget password no any confirmation mail or msg receive on mail .. thn again register on app with new mail id but again same issue ..

Each time I open it...its updating self.. I am an IBL employee hence require frequent use of the app. App speed is good. Sometimes we weren't able to login certain files but I hope that issue will overcome soon. Crisp approach in the policies has made it an awesome experience while explaining the products to our customers.

Only the thing asking update nd update in very short of time.. IIB channel sales team always doing complain on this..

app is good. but it need update daily....

App is good however lifestyle questions related to habits are missing like smoking drinking etc . These questions should asked once name and address is filled. Not answering these questions will have effect on claim of the customer.

I have some issues when i tried to open app it says please contact your administrator. What should I do? I have already reinstall the app many times. But same thing happened.

Very poor application, asking for update at every 10 days. Poor speed. Not all plans opened like secure 5 . some times not displayed SA for travel insurance quotes.

Every 2nd or 3rd day, Every time update...to asking.....
