When I make payment online,the payment are still remaining in notification. When i was called to customer care then after 4 days may problem was solved. so this is the bad app for making payments online
Pathetic app with multiple bugs
Good app but need to improve in payment mode. It's not showing debit mode. Always showing credit or third party for payment process

Very Slow Application, merely not useful. Whenever I start the App, 1st of all it take lots of time to check security deposit, and almost after 5 minutes a message "Unable to connect to server, Sorry for incon....." I tried reinstalling on my Android device, but same issue. Please improve performance and better usability of the application. Hopefully my comments will be taken positively. Regards.
I have faced a major power cut issue in my society due to burning of meter in the control area. Later, we tried to solve it out by visiting the reliance office. Those people charged us for changing new meter. It has been 6 days now.. But there is no solution, we are still living without electricity. Now, we again tried to ask them about the issue and the time that would be taken. The executives again gave us some silly reason and asked for money again. Such a pathetic service. The people are thinking about to change the connection and move on with tata power mumbai.. Writing this to you just to make you guys aware that you are non the less than government service. Pathetic service and no resolution for the problem all you need is money.
Loved it. It showed me what's my consumption compared to last year. All the rules n rights of a consumer.... what is my bill n date.... It even asked for option of going paperless..... Paying bill was very easy. Jus two mins n u r done.... Nice App. Good goin Reliance Energy....
The app is crashing each time when trying to download the bill and also showing each details two times. Kindly look into it.

Logged a complain 5 hours back. But no update on the status. Pathetic service, no point of having the app unless you can provide status update.
I have alreafy paid the bill for april but still i am getting messages asking for payment. The app is not showing the correct details because of which i am unable to make any payments online.
Nice but not opening when I updated to Android Marshmallow. Even I reinstalled the app after update I am using Lenovo K4 Note. Pls help!

The app is simple to use which is a plus but since the past two billing cycles it's not updating my payment records nor showing me pending bill amounts timely. Since it doesn't show any pending amount the app doesn't allow me to make a payment even if I want to. Also since it didn't update my last payment I ended up paying twice since I had forgotten whether I had cleared all my dues. So basically I can't rely on this app for checking any remaining payments. Also I wish there was an option to write a message or email to the concerned authority in case I wanted to raise a complaint
