The processing time is too slow, you don't know what the rejection is unless you call the number and the number is always busy and takes much trying to get connected to a representative. having digital app should help speed things up but presently this is not the case, just the opposite

Very nice App, User Friendly & Time saving behind Account Opening. Best part of the App is when in any account Opening we are doing some thing wrong or having any query DBO executive help for the same.Please improved one thing when any application process is completed and we come out from the application and when we relogin the App we go to View Status we Tick on the account which is in process for editing that time App stuck and black screen comes. Please resolve this issue

Internet is a big issue in Bihar. There should be provision of attaching image from gallery, when return back to network area. Facing huge problem as without internet can not do any thing with this aap.
