Constant pop-ups telling me to answer all the questions when creating an account... even while I'm still trying to create the account. Very poor design. Says that I can use the app to get on the waitlist. I created an account but don't see any way of getting on any waitlist anywhere. Very useless app. The FAQ is just a blank picture of some clouds with no text on it anywhere. Ugh.

The beautiful Redhead waitress at the Emily Dr. Location in Clarksburg is the best . Its about the 3rd. time me & my gf have had her and you cud'nt ask for a waitress ! The only other thing I can tell you is I remember her being left handed. She definitely deserves a raise bc I have also noticed that she is a very hard worker and I also have to say that I have never seen her standing around doing nothing. She gets a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐from us ! Thank you !

Screenshot of this app shows "get on the wait list" which implies that you can do call ahead seating thru the app. YOU CANNOT! On the actual app there is a button to see the menu or to call the location. That's it - no wait list option. So when you try to call the line is busy forever. So... I just got swindled into giving them all of my marketing info with no reciprocal benefits. I would have never downloaded this app if the screenshot was accurate.

Everything works on my app. Not only can I do call ahead seating there's even more options in the pull down menu.. This is my favorite steakhouse

Screenshots show waitlist is an option. All I can do is view menu and call location. Put app out when you can do all you advertise it to do. I was going there for dinner, but now I am mad, not tonight or even near future. Thanks app team!!!

The app crashed 3 times after install, and now it will not finish its bootup. I just get a spinning circle.

Get in wait list option is a joke. You have to arrive in 2 that's "TWO" minutes what a waste of time

No tracking method to record customers visits to the restaurant

I'm in Utah, & none of my locations show anything other than view menu & call us.

Don't like that you have to use the place order function to see prices.

Couldn't get it to let me go to the waitlist

No waitlist button. That was the whole point of downloading the app.

My experience. I put myself on the waitlist and was told to check in by 3:55 PM. I arived at 3:45 PM. I was told I wad put on the list 20 minutes after my confirmation email. I was then yold it would be 30 to 45 minutes until I would get a table. If your going to have people check in online you should at tye very least make it somewhat accurate.

Worthless app!!!! Arrived at time specified in confirmation only to wait an additional 30 minutes. You still have to wait once you check in as if you never checked in with the app. What's the point of checking in ahead?!?!?

...put in request via app about 10 minutes out with a 0-10 wait time, got to TR and asked if i was on the list and was told yes. I was given a pager and asked to give them another 10 mins...as i was writing my 1 star review the pager went off and we got ahead of like 20+ people who were waiting (the waiting area was packed)...had to change rating based off of circumstances. Seems like it worked in my case...or the workers saw me writing my review...props to either way we skipping the huge line.

Doesn't work. Checked in and went to restaurant only to be told we weren't on the list. I showed them the confirmation email which said 0-10 min wait. 25 mins later, still no table, so we left. In addition, the app's "online feedback" option does not work. Click on it and it takes you to ads. Another disappointing experience at TXRH. Not sure why I keep giving them second chances.

Worthless. I added my name to the wait list . When I arrived the hostess told me I still had to wait 30 min. And the hostess was very rude. Never going back.

The old App was perfect! 2 freeze ups the first 10 minutes. SLOW! Why fix something that wasn't broken?

Wait times listed when "getting on the list" are inaccurate. Up to 45 minutes between the app time and the restaurant time.

The first time this doesn't work I will be uninstalling it and joining the others that say it sucks.

Useless. None of the stores in my states or surrounding states even have the wait list option.

New TXRH app has a stupid name, and doesn't work for me.

The food choices were many. The taste of each food we tried was spectacular! Our waitress was fantastic and super fast and very friendly service! We will be eating there again this weekend and bringing the rest of the family! AAA+

A 1 star, because this app keeps crashing everytime I try to order.

My two sons work there and they love it. I love their food. Its delicious!

Will not recognize location. Only lists Ohio, no other state. Don't waste your time or data plan to download.

I and my husband has this app. Works great for us. If your location is not working, make sure your location is enabled in your phone!

Uninstalled..Like everyone else is saying, not all locations are listed.. Doesn't do me any good
