Nice app

I knew up front that I would need to pay for the emoji once I installed the app, but neither this app nor the Fernando Alonso one from the same company will accept my payment. Both give me an error 'due to an issue with your account' and tell me to contact Google. I spent a long time on the phone with Google doing troubleshooting, wasted a few dollars buying some apps and sticker packs I didn't actually need as a test, and determined that there is no issue with my account, all other purchases through the Play store and in-app purchases in other apps work fine using the same payment method, etc. So it appears to be a problem with these two emoji apps. I'd like to use them and don't mind paying a dollar or two, but they don't seem to want my money!
