Turo - Rent Better Cars

App is great for the techy who love exploring. My tech friends were very impressed. Once I overcame my fear of unknown I was thoroughly pleased. I was able to nagivate with ease. I love the concept as a "recipient" and sharing with friends who have extra vehicles to become participants. Beats high rentals for emergencies. Looking forward to using again.

Although a great way to rent a vehicle with out the extra paperwork... THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE SUCKS. THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO THE VERIFICATION TEAM AND A SUPERVISOR OR MANGER IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM!!

Can't save last search. Forgets dates during browsing through the app. Crashes when try to rent a car! How can I contact the car owner?

Great app and great idea. It took several tries to boom but I finally managed to book a trip.

Perhaps, I am the only one have the problem. After verify the bank account, sending the picture of driver license, they require to take again the picture of my face next to the driver license, and the picture of bank card. Those informations may need for security reason, but I want my information security too. I am giving up the app.

This app is great to use for anyone looking to step away from the beaten path of the typical corporate rental company. We just had our first experience renting from someone (people's personal vehicles) and it was great. Definitely going to use this app for all my trips.

Even though business idea is good. However it's at the discretion of owner he wants to cancel the ride after it has been confirmed. If owner doesn't want to rent it then they should remove their vehicle for that time period. I booked the car and less than two hours to scheduled time the ride was cancelled.

Easy to use, great concept. I've been waiting for something like this to disrupt car rental companies that are crazy expensive and mainly priced for business travelers.

Rental car companies are a total rip off. You get a car to drive no one cares about, and that shows. Turo is a fraction of the price, for the car you want.

All I can say is wow..this app is genius and exceptional. Its very convinient for anyone who doesnt own a vehicle. I would recommend this app to friends and family.

I cannot simply rent a friggin car on this app. My friend who is younger than me was completely fine doing it, so why am I unable to?

I've emailed and I've called customer support. I cant verify my phone number because there is a glitch in their system, yet they told me to contact my phone company to have it resolved. I called my phone company, they aren't blocking anything on my account as I expected. I can't rent a car or rent my car through Turo because they have a glitch!

App is easy and intuitive. Renting from Turo is great and gives you a much wider range of cars to choose from than the beigemobiles at the normal rental car companies. If you want to choose your own unique car, Turo is great!

Suck !! Almost No ones gets approve base on some insurance score point review from trans...had a coule friends who tried it same thing , wats the point when people have valid DL with valid insurance in their name and a way of paying ...Need to make it more Flex so people can actually use it ...

Was skeptical about using Turo but tried it myself..my experience was great but one thing i would definitely advise you to do is you yourself take pictures of mileage and vehicle condition PRIOR to rental and of course upon RETURNING vehicle...I wasn't told to do this for my own benefit until after giving car back..Overall experience great and definately recommend it!

This app is joke lmao some cars( in my case a 2006 h3) was 400 a day! Where they do that at?!

Easy to use app and a very good selection of cars. Wish there was a way to add your license before you get to the car booking step.

This is a great app and I love using this app so much more then enterprise or any other rental companies with out the documents and deposits or credit checks.. like why do I need a credit check if I have the cash..

Great app! It's like Air BnB, but for cars. Have used it about 8 times or so and loved it every time. Highly recommended.

I usually order cars on my computer, but this app allows for easy photo uploading and on-the-road communication with the owner. I wouldn't go on a Turo trip without this app on my phone.

This app seems like a great thing, however, I have yet to rent a car using this app because whenever I try to book one, the app crashes.

Very useful app, the 'AirBnB for cars', however customer service is predictably scarce and slow.
