Salesforce Inbox for Android
Issues with: forwarding emails in thread. Emails sitting in Outbox and never sending. Combined View loses swipe... General lack of consistency and lots of bugs.
Its great particularly the feature that look lets you know when client opens your email
Great App! Better than a few others we tried.
Great way to log emails to Salesforce
Good one to stay connected with Salesforce
It worked GREAT... until I had to reset my phone. Now it gives me 1 of 2 errors every time; "Failed to connect to your GMAIL account" or "Oops, we could not authenticate right now, please try again later". It's been 3 days and still nothing. FORGET trying to find help with the issues as you get directed to a webpage that gives no answer for this solution. This is SO frustrating since we pay extra for SalesforceIQ and cannot use the features remotely.
It is very intuitive, like all the features also for desktop is great!!
No complicated VPN or Gmail for work required, just works.
Great substitution to Gmail or outlook with seamless integration to Salesforce.
Simply works great to sync desktop, gmail, and phone
Couldn't live without it for our business.
Great UX
Good
Need to be improved a lot. If someone opens an email we are getting notification with same location and proper details of the contact
Great easy to log in SFDC and use SFDC templates on the run
I use office 365 at work. The calendar doesn't sync with the app like it should. I've spent more time trying to fix this than using the app. If I can't sync my calendar than this app is useless.
Solid. A little tough to configure
Need some refining. The ability to search read receipts and not aggregate all of the Gmail accounts.. The app itself is really neat.
Works just the way I want it to, saves me loads of time
Very nice UI
Awesome
Not sure if it's an issue on One Plus 3 phone
Please remove the calendar notifications. I use Google Calendar and have no intention of replacing it with this Salesforce Inbox app.
Why duplicating my inbox and calendar alerts - just want access to my crm data
Unable to see FEED now.
I don't see the point of the "inbox" being the forefront. I already have an email app that is much more robust. I just want a mobile version of Salesforce IQ. This app would be great if they just changed the name to Salesforce IQ and provided an option for where you wanted the application to start. Some people may like the inbox and want it to start there. Personally I want a CRM to manage my opportunities and as such would like the app go right into that screen. Stop trying to be Gmail.... You are a CRM.
Just works. Nice user interface. Keep the innovation coming!
Long way to go before it is useful
As CEO of a young startup, this service is extremely helpful to manage correspondence and stay on top of relationship management. However, the Android app is a long, long way from replacing the Gmail or Gmail Inbox Android apps as functional email clients. UX is rough around the edges, sucks in performance on my Galaxy Note 5 (stutters, keyboard response becomes slow). I would almost prefer if they made a companion app to the stock Gmail/Inbox app, similar to how they provide a Gmail desktop extension.
Not easy to start writing on body of the email while replying. Have to make couple of taps to activate it, many times it never activates. Then you have to go to your main email client. It's good for all things that work but many basic features of decent email clients are missing or not working.
All my sent mails are waiting in outbox. Cannot send any mail :(
I like the easy accessibility of being able to add emails and so forth to salesforce, but are there plans to continue upgrading the app???
Works well and fast. Enjoy writing sending and relating emails. However, still needs ui improvements like sorting folders. Favorites. Notifications. And profiles that store settings for different uses.
Gmail and Inbox already do a better job at managing my email. I don't want to read or respond to emails in this app. It needs to be focused on my pipeline, opportunities, and projects. Doing Google authentication in a WebView is insecure, native UI should be used instead.
Congrats to developers for developing such useful email app. I have installed it on my two mobile phones and working smoothly without error. Excellent synchronization.
Won't install and help us useless.
Works well for email but does not have Google calendar integration
But it's using all my data plan. I wish I could have a setting to sync only when using a WiFi connection.
This app has tremendous potential! I'd love to see what else gets added in the near future (ability to expose custom objects would be phenomenal).

I had issues with this app after doing a factory reset on my phone. BUT, after working with their support team for a couple of days, they found an issue with authentication with Android 4.4.4, so they fixed the issue and updated the Play store. Now it is back to working perfectly!
