Ever heard about Delta Waves before? Among all other isochronic tones, they are assocciated with a state of deep sleep and lucid dreaming. They are emitted in an amplitude range between 1 and 4hz and are needed for several types of biofeedback training other than for curing insomnia, sleeplessness and stop snoring.

Was very surprised I use the deep sleep mode and it works amazing. I woke up way earlier than normal with so much energy. And dreams were so clear I could actually remember every detail.

My understanding is that a true binaural frequency is created when a particular frequency is played in one ear and another is played in the other and your brain creates the modulation that is the binaural beat. None of these mobile apps do this. Rather, they have pre combined the frequencies and then you receive the same pre made frequency in both ears. I wish someone would develop an app that delivers real 'binaural' frequencies. That would be greatly appreciated. Please stop feeding us BS. Thank you.

Downloaded and all it does is ask for you to purchase all options. The timer really, that should be free. No real explanations on anything just choose a triangle.

Asks for money once you download and try to use options....too many pop up ads... not worth the time to download

I tried to relax and I chose a good triangle for it I think, but then a loud ad started playing and ruined the experience. No point in using this if you don't get to actually relax to it..
