Terrible. Couldn't even verify my account let alone even book a taxi. Horrendous

Forget it.

After being screwed by ubers peak fare hikes I thought I'd give gold coast cabs a try. But it can't even get my location correct, can't find the address I entered (work address that I use daily to book an uber). Decided to use a nearby address to get a fare estimate, but the estimate wouldn't work, had to put in yet another address to get an estimate and it was significantly more expensive than an uber. Annoyed me that it came up with a disclaimer for the price too. Won't even let you into the app to estimate a fare without credit card details which is annoying. It's irked me so bad that I've deleted it. Please lift your game.

I don't like the new app. I liked the simplicity of the old one. Trying to hard to be like uber. People should have the option to add credit card details if they want to or not. Or at least a paypal option. Might as well just use uber. Cheaper and more efficient app.

Wants credit card details to book when paying via card? Why? Also, refused to book taxi from my location (right in gold coast). Utterly useless. Avoid.

The Twelve 5 stars mostly refer to the old app which makes this whole rating facility for GC cabs misleading. Who are you trying to kid?

Turn of map auto unzoom! So frustrating! Let me zoom in and watch the taxi driver go the wrong way please.

This app really sucks. Probably going to miss my plane now because no taxis have turned up...

Not user friendly for a visitor to the Gold Coast and they want credit card details. Will use the phone. Have got rid of this in my opinion poorly developed app.

It sent me sms to set up but twice I tried and it wouldnt work keep on saying fail

Just hangs at first splash screen. Unusable. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalled. Still hopeless.

Very user friendly, easy to rate your driver.. You can view where your money driver is with live tracking. Super easy to use!

Payment has glitch

Cant find how to estimate the fare.

My address kept showing up wrong and dispite selecting Maxi Taxi I recieved a regular cab and the cabbie had to call me another one! Plus I couldn't list my Visa Debit card either. USELESS!!

The map function doesnt work. Rarely can the driver find me, even when i write where i am in the comments section, in fact the driver doesn't even see the comments, the driver doesn't know my destination, even though I have provided that information prior to his arrival. If you want to compete with uber then provide an app that works!

Why on earth should this app have permission to view my browsing history, running apps and bookmarks?

This is such a handy app to bok a cab.

Havent checked the functionality of the app.. but glad its available now and can compete better with uber.
