App wants to access your photos & media.. unintalled..

After downloading this app, the first thing it requests is to access your photos on your personal device, if you deny it, it does not permit you to use the app. As this is meant to be a cinema guide app, there is no reason what so ever to access personal data such in such a way. Don't download the app, just use their web version for this case. Otherwise, Novo or Vox cinemas don't require any personal details like this company.

Used this app twice now to book tickets. Both times it has crashed at Payment and I have had to phone up and ask for booking reference. No trace of booking in app history either.

Invasion of privacy, why does the app need to access my personal files?! Use the website better.

Why is it mandatory to give you access to my photos?? I'm just purchasing tickets. Not uploading personal photos.

The app used to work fine, everything was easy and smooth. But since October of last year the app stopped working, I can see the movies available, but can't book them. There have been several updates, but it still crashes every single time I want to book a ticket. So in short, it's unbelievably useless. And with each update it becomes more annoying.

I am not in dubai but it only let's me look at 2 cinemas there!

Terrible at handling payments

The app keeps crashing and I never managed to book online through the app. I think with all the updates, this issue should be already solved but it is taking longer than it should be!

Not working properly

every time they dedicated money and after that they say the session is end which lead me to call and call and call and finally I will go there before hours from my show just to take my ticket otherwise someone will take it coz it will be free after 30 min from my uncompleted booking

Some locations were removed so cant know if the movie is showing or not

A problm alwayes hapening will not confirm that the payment done succesfully

Every week it's request for update App and no option to ignore. Not showing all timings and error always pops!! Worse app....

Only has 2 cinemas available on the app now. So useless, if you don't live in those areas.

Why did you remove The Beach Cinema? Worst decision ever

All the time asking for new version update. Is it cinema app or Google maps, that's so stupid

First film I looked at crashed the app.

Why its showing only "DubaiMall & MarinaMall" Cinemas? Where the other??

Can't use the stupid App. owing to frequent update requests to update and must be done as you can't use the outdated app. Latest App requires 300+mb additional space??? Going with Vox cinemas.. EASY BEASY

Unable to save user details and visa card credentials. Unable to use app as a ticket, still have to use old-fashioned email

Its very easy to book tickets online and pick up from machines at the cinema

I selected the SMS to read the PIN sent by my credit card to verify the purchase. After that I cannot go back to put in the PIN to complete the transactions . Wasted my time and I don't know if I had been charged !!

Countless updates and still not working properly

Shows the wrong show timings which are outdated....

It's pretty outdated for today's apps. It does not allow users with credit cards offers like NBAD to purchase tickets. The VOX cinema app allows to apply all offers and promotions of credit cards.

Vox application is a lot better than this one. This app doesn't let you avail movie offers.

If you are not able to provide the best service simply dont do it! I booked through ur crappy fancy wanna be application and when i reached the cinema hall the seats were infront of the screen while wat i booked was three seats from up .. just want ppl to book and thats it???? At least say they r booked or not available but dont make me book and then in reality u force me to sit somewhere else that i didnt book??? Shame on u for such reputed place ...
