The old version is better.. its easier to browse product before. Now its like reebonz throw all the item in a mess. Confusing. Loyalty credit is also gone while i still have quite a lot of credit there before. Price is noticeable a lil bit higher now.

Please find some professional translators to properly rewrite your Chinese content. Your robotic 'Google translation' style Chinese adversely affect user's shopping appetite.

Pictures take a very long time to load, details of the products are lacking too. Are the third party agents reliable? The new layout is more search friendly, I can search for the bags I am eyeing via their brand. Perhaps also add similar product recommendations at the bottom of the product page? Looking forward to future updates!

Prefer older version as it was so much easier to browse than this new app. The loading is so slow and hangs. Not comfortable to buy products now as there is no proper description. New app complicates shopping.

No bag measurements nor full description given. Too many outsource with different prices on 1 same bag. Brand listing are all over, not categorised. Would opt for the older version anytime.

This new app isn't user friendly. I much prefer the older version where you can see the Events all on the home page. And what's happened to the jewellery events? Are they no longer being sold?

I never get to see the pic of the items as they take too long to load. No point using this app anymore. Loved the old one, easier to browse and always appealing. Now...? Total waste of time to see.

I can no longer see my sale items, monitor status or update selling price for white gloves services. Items for sale is difficult to navigate. No single click for pre-owned items.

No bag length. I couldnt find the pre-owned section. New feature like message good thou. The rest of the new features not sure if it does any gd.

i don't mind with newest version,will get use to it, but why there's no layby anymore? i regular costumer using layby, if there's no layby anymore i'll uninstall this app, there's no point i hv this app in my phone. and the price getting more expensive. please fix it.

New apps is messy. Everything is lumped together. Need to navigate through so many things. Won't use it anymore. Revert to old apps

Really disappointing update. Items loads very slowly and then the app hangs.

The biggest problem with the Reebonz app is that it doesn't let me search for items. I can only go through the event listing which doesn't show the bags I can find if I just go to the desktop site.
