Redtail CRM (Tailwag Version)

It does not do much. Not able to see past activities, very, very limited.

Much better than previous version. New update fixed a lot of bugs. Functionality greatly improved.

embarrassing that it does so little...

Completely unusable, and it has been out for months. Seriously considering moving to a different CRM. UPDATE the December update has made it usable. Can now actually set an appt in the correct time zone, see accounts and client data. Would like a week view, and client name to show on calendar.

Ever since new release unable to open on Android. Error mentions to enable lock screen so i did. Still does not work. Uninstalled and downloaded again still same error. Help.

Calendar, the first thing I want to know is with WHOM I'm meeting, not the details of the activity. The contact name should be on the first screen. The app is like the full program, good overall but with some problems that are extremely frustrating. The program and app still have speed issues. Redtail knows they have no practical competition and it shows. Look at their rating, 1.2. I'm not using any other apps rated so low. Embarrassing!!

Yes, the calendar is faster, but you can no longer see appointments for other users, which was the most useful feature. Redtail: why did you drop the best part of the app?

Two days of trying this app and not once did it connect to the server.

Use your browser version instead. I've been a Redtail user for 7+ years, and I love the app, including Tailwag. This mobile version does not work on my Samsung S6 1) whenever I click on Calendar and a date, I get the error message "Unfortunately, Redtail has stopped". 2) After adding a new event, the event doesn't show up in the regular browser-based version. 3) Searching Contacts doesn't work - won't bring up anything.

Also, for a while it logged in for me automatically, which I don't like for security reasons. Now I can't search for anyone and when I try logging out, it just keeps asking if I want to log out without allowing me log out. I don't even do notes with this apps

For how simple this app is I should be able to click on a phone number and it should open my phone to call. My biggest problem is how slow it is.

It's ridiculous that redtail even released this app. Is this a beta version? It does nothing. Total fail

Try to look at calendar and it crashes whenever I click on a day.

Slow, unresponsive, wish I had not migrated to Tail wag.

Tail wag constantly errors out. The old version was so much better and easier to use.

Redtailtech leadership: pls outsource ur app dev to a company that can actually deliver a usable product. You guys can't. Period. This app has more problems/bugs/defects than one can reasonable list. Blow up this puppy and start anew.

At least with Tailwag you can login over Wi-Fi, but when app is running the functionality is extremely limited. For a company that built such a great cloud based program the android app is embarrassing.

You can't view everyones calendar at once. When you try to edit an already existing appointment the update never saves. There are no other parts of redtail on this mobile app. The calendar was the only part of the old app that did work, so I'm not sure why this even exists. Redtails CRM is THE BEST in the industry. Their app just misses the mark.

I don't know if this was released by accident, but it isn't ready based on my experience
