DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS...... A title rep has been promoting this at my RE office and so I downloaded it. When I opened the app it glitched out and popped up a screen saying that my System UI has Stopped then goes to black. Everything I've read about this type of error says you need to factory reboot your phone. I am so incredibly angry about this. Even upon turning on and off it just says system UI has stopped. Edit: Took it to repair shop, they said they couldnt do anything and said it needed to be factory reinstall. It may only happen with Android 5.1.

When I download this app it immediately force quits Google play and my launcher....

OK, REDSHED ironed out the glitches. ONCE installed, you need to reboot your phone and you're all set! The BEST feature on this is actually the mortgage calculator (affordability). You can actually TEXT OUT the calc app to your BUYERS to use and take the opportunity to continue to reach out to them and help them in their quest to find their home.
