Red Robin Royalty

Asks for my email and password. When I type it, in it says it's incorrect When I asked to change my password it says that it can't find my email address in their system. It just says create an account. so I try creating an account and it says that my email exists already. I try clicking on the help and the app locks up.

I'm fairly confident that my trying to view the details for a $20 dollar off deal for signing up for the royalty card ended up forcing the discount's use on my next visit to Red Robin, even though I was alone on the visit and couldn't use the full amount. I wanted to take the family in one day this month to use that reward. Just go to their website.

No current location finder. I have to search for a zip code of where I am. Instead I use Google Maps to search for Red Robins, although someone always can refer a better place for burgers. No barcode.. Outdated look. I travel for biz a lot. I am hardly ever near my preferred location, when there is a rare to find Red Robin to visit. So its value is moot.

Hubby and I lost our birthday burger hours before we were going to redeem them on the last day of the month, though you supposedly have the whole month. Had a much needed date night planned there with hubby. Wrote customer service but they dgaf. Thanks for ruining my birthday date night Red Robin. I never get to leave my house and go out. You suck and I'll make sure nobody suggests your restaurant for birthdays going forward because you're unreliable and you make no attempts to correct your mistakes.

I have tried again and again to use this app but every time I install it asks me to confirm my information and it never takes me to the next page. Come on.

I have been a Royalty member for awhile and decided to try the app out...it's completely disappointing..tried to sign in and create a password but it keeps telling me that my email address isn't on their records which is hilarious cause I receive emails from them all the time...complete waste of space on my phone so I will be deleting it.

I have an actual account that I have logged into from the Internet and the app is telling me that I do NOT have an account associated with my email address. I won't be using the app until this mess gets sorted out.

Everytime I try to sign up with my email, it gives an error. Don't waste your time

Not a true app but rather just a (very limited) browser window that opens the RR website. As such, it suffers from many flaws, including a tendency to get stuck on an error page with no way to back out of it.

Same issue as so many other who have rated it. Doesn't recognize the email address that I have been using for the last 13 years for their e-club and it won't let me sign in, it just freezes up when I try to register.

Won't let you update and save your info if your phone is listed as a landline (and of course won't let you change your number). Had to say the phone listed was a mobile to get it to work. Nice programming!

12% over the course of the day and I didn't even open the app. Another poor excuse for an "APP" that is really just a redirect to a website.

I went to RedRobin and signed up for this. They sent an email that I clicked and took me to registration. But it keeps failing on "submit" it first said no phone type so I fixed that, but it still will not work. Each time blanks out state (PA) and drops my birth month to 9 from 09 and drops the accept. I have attempted many times and in many configurations?

It won't let me reset my password n I just registered and I have not received my confirmation

It says enter emal to register and its saying both my emails are invalid whatever

even when not in use for 10 days shows 5% power use

I requested the email for password reset and when I try to log onto the app it tells me that my phone number is already registered and I can't get in.

They should rename this that P.O.S. hamburger app. Half the shortcuts on the app don't do anything! Junk!

The app and website won't let me confirm my details so I can actually confirm my membership to access my points.

You cannot change you login once you start the process... You have to uninstall and reinstall.

Register -> Login -> 500 Error = Fail. Same on the website.

Kept saying my address was not a valid email address not happy

Continue to try and update my info and it will not allow the update. Terrible. ..

Messing with this app was 10 minutes of my life I wish I had back.

It is a good app to have if you have A Red Robin reward account

Wont let me log in. Says my email isnt registered. Try to register my email and it says email not valid. Absolutely worthless app.

Just takes me to a webpage. Can do that in a browser.

This app works great for us, samsung galaxy 3 note, and Verizon. Not sure if it's the phone or the sevice others are having problems with, will update if we have any ptoblems.

The menu is supposedly available on this app but I couldn't find it. Used the app once to go to the full site. It is now stuck on the full site mode. Even after restarting my phone, I can't get back to the app view. Not what I wanted.

Great app, all you need. Only issue is with alignment on the screen. Looks a little off.

Got rid of it - got rid of the red card too. Won't be going to the place anytime soon.

The only thing missing is the barcode. I would like to be able to scan my phone at my table rather than having to give the waiter my phone number. Other restaurants allow you to scan and pay with your phone. I would buy your gifts cards for myself if they could be entered into my phone and I scan, pay and get my Red Robin discounts/credits all at the same time.

Worst app. After logging in it asked to update and when I click Submit it just takes me back to step 2 over and over. Agghh! Who wrote this crappy app? They should be fired.
