OCR has worked for me on one field (with improper mapping) on one third of the cards I have tested with. Test cards have had proper fields even named on the card. I'm looking for an automated system and not a paid subscription human translation service. This app is not for me.

This app was written by people that don't understand business. If you want to create contacts using OCR, the app won't create address fields. What good is a contact without an address? Sheesh...

I bought the pro version and it's outstanding,the card data syncs to my Google and outlook contacts instantly and am able to share all the cards with my boss as well

The tech support from Bric gave me instructions that finally allowed me to login to the account. I successfully scanned one business card, but did not have an OCR reader, so I really couldn't do what I want with it - scan and link the data to my work and personal Outlook accounts , as well as Gmail.

This app is the real deal. Take a pic of a card, they take care of the rest. I use the pay version. It is very inexpensive and cost effective. A real person reviews the card info from the pic and ensures the data is accurately captured in your contact dbase. I initially had an issue when group processing a backlog of 200 cards. They responded immediately in email and followed up with a phone call! Who even does that anymore! Good job folks.

Tried uninstalling the app several times. All it does is show a big orange Bric icon. Now its stuck on my phone forever. Will never recommend it to anyone

Loaded many apps but no one responded to my email so fast. Small glitch with my phone keyboard (Samsung). I know now, as it happened again while writting this coment. Scanned 2 cards and works perfect! Tried 3 other before that I have uninstaled right away.

Too late to respond. I waites for 5 minutes and the photograph still did not get converted. It was showing to be "In Process" the whole time.
