Jet Set Clean- Express Laundry

There are organisations that do well at the job they are given. Then there are organisations that try to do well but fail. Jet set clean is neither. It neither tries nor succeeds in delivering in its value proposition or consumer promise. The delivery is shoddy. Final packaging is worse than a roadside dobhi's, and washing is non existent. I paid extra for conditioners and cuffs n collars, the final result was that the clothes were delivered worse than initially sent. Think twice before using this.

I scheduled pick up today between 4 to 6 pm. At 5 pm i jst called customer care what the status, he said that they called up my number and some man answered phone and told them clothes already taken. I asked what number they called as no man can speak from my phone. They gave me an unknown number and put that number on my name. So they cancelled picking up after talking to a fake number which was not me. The customer care said now he will send for pickup after i told him that my clothes have not been picked

Worst laundry service ever, will never deliver on time, they took 3 days to deliver my laundry and when they did 2 clothes were missing.

They misplaced my clothes! Seldom they are able to meet the 24 hour deadline. Clothes were still wet at the time I received. Please avoid them.

I am using their services since last 6 months and just one month before i noticed that some of my new clothes are missing. I complained to them but they made a lame excuse that i should have information that in which lot, i lost my clothes and without this information they will not be able to help me. The point to notice here is that all the missing clothes were quite new and branded. This time i was attentive while giving and receiving the clothes but again my brand new socks are missing. Don't ever try to use this. Worst service. Burnt one shirt and one shirt returned discoloured. Unsatisfactory response.

Runs pretty smooth, but crashes on opening the rate card. Fix that, I think you should be fine

It is not covering entire Delhi NCR. Not approachable in East Delhi.

They have an issue of misplacing clothes, i was a regular customer of Jet set clean, they misplaced one of shirt which was really costly and still i have no communication from Jet set clean regarding apology or paying me back the amount of that shirt(even they told me, if they will not be able to find, they will pay for it).

Keeps on loading. Not able to sign in with my Google account.

Oh at last! I've been waiting for something like this .. For someone who has to work and travel... I would not want to waste away my weekends by doing chores ...
