Does not work! Cannot logon, cannot get to uninstall either! It just hangs and I have to force close.

This is a piece of junk! I I couldn't access this from my PC so I thought I download the app. I downloaded the app and that doesn't work either! This is ridiculous!

It's always telling me invalid user name. I erase it and download it like 20 time and it keeps saying the same thing.

Was able to enter the app once. A week later already not allowing me in keeps stating I have the incorrect user name or password and when I go in online everything works properly. This application needs to be fixed if not what is the point of having it.

Does not work on app despite working on the full website with the same log in information... What a disappointment

Can't log in using my credentials which works perfectly with explorer version. Unistalling it

Not very intuitive, hangs constantly requiring me to close the app and start over multiple times to view grades. Inexplicably times out in the middle of sessions. Your web team has a lot of work to do to clean this up!

So slow! Why bother having a remember me box if when you check it the next time you login it doesn't remember you and you have to re-enter your password. Another annoying issue is when you sync the calendar with your calendar it doesn't overwrite the new updates, it just posts another event.. so then you have 4 same events on the same day! Sucks.

Tried registering school and it shows as invalid. I entered it exactly as on the website but won't work. Obviously, the school uses the service. I see I'm not alone. If all these schools are wrong then maybe the company isn't communicating properly with the schools.

It asks to enter school name to register and then says invalid school name. Very frustrating, you cannot. register. I tried every way to input school name and Uninstaller it twice, still says invalid school name. Update! Somehow I got the school name correct after many tries. My school is registered by the way. However I got a new phone recently and had to reinstall app and now again it keeps saying invalid school name. I even went into the school and had them enter it and it still says invaled

I haven't been able to log on in years. I can get thru from the school website but as soon as I try on the app it tells me my username & password are incorrect! And there is no way to get support to fix the problem!

Useless wish all the schools would find a better app which would work ever time it says invalid school. Please take this app off the market place.

Good idea, but app is crashing on calendar opening 90% of the time...

Great app. One thing that'd be nice is if telephone numbers in the directory were "tappable" to dial directly.

Invalid school name, it's concatinating the entire school name into one and trying to find ..and returning invalid school

Does anybody else have more than one child? Can't switch between kids (at different schools) without logging out and reauthenticating, even though I only have one account on the server and the web-based interface only required me to sign in once. Getting really good at swyping correctbatteryhorsestaple into my phone Also painfully slow

I think many people have no idea how to register and so they give it 1 star. I had no problem at all and love it.

Can't find my daughters school even though its available on full web version.

Tried everything. I can log on using Web. Never on the app.

What's the point of the app? Can't connect to the school. Can't see progress reports. Can't see a thing except a box that says loading. Just got the update to fix the crash bug. Not a thing changed. Uninstalling.

Never recognized the school name. Every time I typed it in with the spaces when I would tap search the spaces would go away resulting in a no results found.

Crap

Two kids in 2 different schools and neither one of the schools can be found when entering the name of the school on the first screen. You see, rather than a drop down of the school names, these rocket scientists have decided to make you type the name of the school your child attends. If you don't type it out exactly how they have it in their system, you aren't using the ap.

Had to put school name exactly the same the way the school had it. Shows everything thats on school website.

This app does exactly what it is supposed to. These one-star reviews that all say they can't log on aren't the fault of the app or the developer, they're the fault of the school for not communicating or the parents for not listening. It works just fine for me to track my daughter's grades. My only complaint is it won't save my password. I have to re-enter it every time I open the app. Sometimes it would be nice to save it and not have to keep logging on.

Does not . Does not except school. Tried 10 different ways. Need to be corrected by Dec because is going to use portporals for e erything.

I can select my school but it will not accept my ID and password. I try to get password it says my ID is not valid even though it is the same with the website. There is no help link on the app to get information.
