Worst products. I have ordered a pokhraj gem. But it was not near to the display image total fake. I want replace or money back...????

very worst online shopping app. not responding customers feedbacks from customer care. only cheating customers in this app. I was ordered (#14602301) earphone on 29th Aug 2017 delivery date was 3rd Sep. but still not packed & despatched from their office

Worst service provider, My older no.14628763 not delivered to me but status showing order already delivered. I complain on 24/09/17 but not responded till now.

Mp3 mp4 mp5 chaiye agar aapke paas nhi h to mujhe mere paise wapas chaiye le jao apna pvp player wapas return karo product ko ..image kuch aur dikhate Ho aur bhejte kuch aur ho

There is no way you can return an item you purchase on Rediff. Too many restrictions & before you think of returning an item. I've fallen pray to these cheaters. The item I received is completely different from what's described. People read the reviews carefully, I'm a real purchaser on this ecommerce store, don't fall to the fake reviews this ecommerce store got it written for itself by paying money. Don't even think to download this app. Give the hard earned money to beggars, they'll pray for you in turn.

Guys never purchase any thing from this site. There is no option of return. If you are to return a product you have to request rediffa cc. And they ask some storong reason why you are returning the product. Totally waste shoping app

Do not believe rediff offer's and do shopping. Suppliers what rediff is maintaining will not maintain customer satisfaction and I hope they are not genuine. They will keep fake prices and will not deliver properly. I had booked a cream for my kid on 2nd Sep with order number 13769023 and the item was not yet dispatched till date. When I called the customer delight center today morning, they are giving free suggestions on refund and of course cancelled the order without my confirmation. Amazon the best.

The service provide by rediff customer care is very pathetic. I have given order no.13504429 on 16 Jun on prepaid payment. But till order is not dispatched. The return policy is also very pathetic. One more order try to return. But customer care not given proper responses from last five days. I have already talk with vendor regarding that product. Friends please do not shopping through rediffshopping . Very poor service by rediff.

I have ordered Skullcandy headphones. They sent wrong item.when i tried to contact them. Theu have blocked my number and tgey are replying to my mail. For one week they said they will return after that theu stopped replying. So please avoid such fake sites. You can go for other good sites. order number-13842160
