I have attempted to use this app to submit claims and it will only work once every 4 times. There is no confirmation within the app when the sending of the claim was successful. You have to wait 24 hrs to get a notice that it has been received by someone who is processing the claim. It would be better to have a confirmation that the upload/submit has been completed and the claim has been detected or waiting to be processed. It is a good idea to have this app though the execution of it needs work.
