Crashes! I really wanna subscribe digitally but the app crashes upon opening downloaded content Everytime. Someone on here suggested resetting my phone to factory settings but that's a bit extreme and would create hours of work for myself getting my phone back in order just so I can read a magazine. Fix this Decibel and you've got another $25 in your pocket from my 1 year subscription.

Horrible app. The magazine is great, but the app sucks for my android phone and tablet. My yearly subscription is almost up, and I've only been able to read 3 issues out 11 months. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing many times, but that didn't help. There's someone at Decibel trying to help me, and he's been very helpful, but I think there's only so much they can do. There seems that there's another company involved, and they are not very responsive. Save yourself the headaches, and just subscribe to print, and not digital.

I have a subscription, but got this for back issues. It crashes everytime without out fail. Did anyone ever find a solution to this beside factory reset? As previously stated that would be too much of a hassle.

Spent $5.99 on an issue. Downloaded and then every time I try to open it the app crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Have turned the device on and off. Have tried on other devices. Crash crash crash. Wasted $5.99

Terrible app. Recent update does nothing to address its problems. Will know you have a subscription but won't let you download anything but the latest issue and maybe not even that. Works perfectly on the Ipad so this is surprising. Save your money.
