Red e App

I don't like for any app to keep alerting me of anything I'm about to remove it from my phone along with a few other apps if I want to see something on an app I will look at it otherwise that app does not need to be notifying me.

Doesnt work at all on Galaxy S6

I think it's totally awesome so that everybody-- co-workers-- can communicate effectively & saves alot chaos & time!!

No app should require access to phone or my private photos, media, etc.

Maintenance Manager

Why wont it let me connect to my organization? It keeps saying that my access is denied after I type in the name. I cant even subscribe to them. Smh

Keeps telling me that I can't send messages. WTF.

I use this app regularly to communicate important information to my team members. Also people in my chain of command use it to communicate important information to me. It is a really handy app

I get all the information I need for my department and casinowide as soon as it's sent. I did have to go download Google PDF Viewer to load pdfs (doesn't work on Acrobat for whatever reason) but that doesn't really detract from the functionality of this app.

I really love it. This is how i get my work schedule and news about work at hard rock im having problems with opening the messages i get them but cant open

The one problem is with my phone have to go to play store to open app but other than that this is a great tool for company us.

Fails often. Do not receive messages or alerts

Never able to see messages always stops working on my phone and no correction is made even adter multiple reinstallations and reporting the issue multiple times.

When my company started using this app, we got updates to labor and production schedules from our department supervisors. Now we only get our corporate memos, and that's not even timely as it was.

This app is great. It is easy to use and makes my life much simpler. Thanks!

We use this at work. I like not having to give my number out to coworkers and managers! It's convenient to keep work messages in the app-not in my texts.

Useful when it actually wants to work. I've missed so many announcements without realizing because the app will force close on its on and won't open again unless you uninstall/ reinstall.

Can't even keep up with my work schedule unless I unibtall it the reinstall it every time I try to use it. I have reported it multiple times contacted support and still the same. Good luck using it

It won't even allow me to open the app, force closes everytime. I have to uninstall it then install again to get in this app. Fix it !!

I use this app for work. For the past couple of weeks it has been closing and signing me out. I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice when the app wouldn't open at all.

I can't believe General electric would use this junk app for communication between their employees. I despise the use of this horrible app.

Randomly decided to just stop working so you have to reinstall the entire app. Of course you only realize this after you've missed a bunch of company announcements. Only way to exit the app is force close it. For some reason the app can't open pdf's with Adobe. They're aware of this but don't feel like fixing it, instead they tell you to download some crappy "free" OfficeSuite app that bombards you with ads any time you use it. Overall the app is trash if my company gave me a dif option I'd delete this

Went to this app because GE told me to find the description here but it's nothing but a chat site. Completely useless and not helpful

I enjoy the app especially when it comes to work, but it keeps force closing unexpectedly and I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. Please fix ASAP

Says I do not have applications on my Kyocera to open PDF files. Therefore can not see my schedule. What application do I need to be able to do this

I have the ZTE grand x Max plus. My employer told me to use this for updates for weather and overtime and I can't even get on to access the information. Really need the bugs to be worked out... Being as we got 4 inches of snow today and expecting 8 or more Friday...

The app will not open ever

I was told by my IT Dept. to un-install the app, then re-install it in order to update, but now it won't re-install at all! Says Error Code -504. I've worked with Red-E, Google, as well as our IT Dept., they all tell me it's an issue on Red-E's end. I cannot do my job!! I'm more than frustrated. So many of our staff are having issues that our IT Dept is considering moving on to something that works! Sad, because Red-E has an amazing client support team...just need my app to install & work consistently.

This app is efficient and does exactly what I need it to. Very useful.
