Twik for Android
Where are the passwords? I am using the chrome extension to generate the passwords and use the app with all the same Private key and profile. None of the generated passwords show up. Also so easy app integration, with creating a new password in a new app
Simple and it works great. This app does everything thing you need it to while also being free, ad free, and very secure. Thank you, and please keep the good work
No clutter, simple instant hashing & automatic copying to clipboard when the right passphrase is entered (requires a check box in the settings) Open source, also available in F-Droid
Can't figure out how to use it
Started using this on Chrome and Android a while back, and haven't switched. The fact that it's open source and doesn't actually store the passwords makes my go-to password manager. Honestly, I wish I had come up with this!
If you are a single user with no intention of sharing passwords with spouses, family, or business partners. No username storage, must manually set the password key after you have a few sites in your first list. I switched to Lastpass it's like a beefier version of twik, but you do have to pay a nominal fee to use the mobile app
Very useful, especially in combination with the chrome desktop plugin
Would love if we could export/import site lists. Needs to mention to new people that private key should be backed up offline.
Can you add username support and add a note that let's people know to write down their key? I understand why you might not want to back it up but at least explain that. Maybe an option to backup your site names in case of loss?
Great idea, pretty implementation, but it does have a couple issues. 1. Private key isn't backed up, nor is user told of the need to. 2. For services that require a password change users either have to change service name, private key (and have separate keys for remaining services), password length, or master password. Otherwise, a great app. I would throw a few dollars the developers way, especially since it is GPL.
I'm not understanding how this works. I have no idea how to see the password it generates. Every time I click on it it creates a new one
For security..
Good
I like it
Saranda
خیلی عالیه فقط شروع که میکنی متوقف میشه!
Paired with the Chrome web app, this is a great password manager. Does the job better than lastpass.
It is awesome
Good
Best apps
Fantastic, and very useful!
Only thing I now need is a firefox plugin :)
Perfect for managing passwords. They're never stored anywhere and generated on the fly when you enter your master key each time. An elegant solution
Nice one...
Wow
Very secure. No permissions needed. Compatible Chrome extension. Nobody stores your key for you. Totally recommended for all of us who (wrongly) reuse passwords across sites.
best of all its open source.. so u can be sure that none of your passwords are being stolen
Perfect if you take your security seriously.
Very clever and easy way to store all passwords, without actually storing them :)
יופי של דבר.
