청소년적십자 RCY

RCY를 초등학교에서는 어린이적십자단, 중/고등학교에서는 청소년 적십자단, 대학교에서는 대학적십자회로 부르며, 대한적십자사에서 운영하는 범세계적 청소년단체입니다.

RCY는 사랑과 봉사의 적십자 정신을 배우고 실천하여 우리 주위의 어려운 이웃을 위한 봉사활동에 최선을 다합니다. 또한 국내외 단원들과의 친선활동을 통해 남을 이해하고 사랑하며, 자신과 친구, 가족, 이웃의 건강과 생명을 보호하기 위한 활동을 합니다.

21세기는 국경을 초월한 하나의 지구촌으로 인간생명을 존중하고 보호하며, 평화 달성을 위한 자원봉사의 시대입니다. 인도주의를 앞세우는 적십자 이념이야말로 청소년들이 어려서부터 꼭 배우고 익혀야 하는 정신입니다. The 21st century is a human life, one world, and respect and protection of cross-border, is the age of the volunteers to achieve peace. Ideology is what is built in front of the Red Cross humanitarian spirit from an early age young people must learn to learn.
