Redbox

Seems easy to use so far. I'm new to Redbox; I didn't know that the cut-off for returns was 9 pm; I returned a disc later than that (I was out), so I returned it when I got home after 10 pm. Wasn't thrilled about being charged an extra day. But other than that, app seems good. I don't rent a lot of movies....I may update my review at a later time after I use the app a few more times.

As I convenient. I add movies I want to see to my wishlist. Redbox let me know when they are available. Lover the promo coupons too! If box or movie doesn't work, one phone call makes it good♡

App needs to keep favorite location(s) as first choice when searching available movies. Then an iron to switch to another location no matter where one might be. Why do my discount codes always expire on Thursdays, yet my neighbor's and coworkers' are always good through the weekend??????

In order to use this app you have to give them permissions to access your pictures, video, record and other access or you can't use it. Your just renting movies why do they need all the access to your personal gallery and phone storage?

I received the emails for promotions that my app didn't show. I tried to retrieve the videos using the promotion codes at the Redbox and payed regular price...

I have used Redbox for years....and bought movies and games here also...love that you can now find and reserve movies from near by boxes....wish it had a few more games..but we love it..

Never allows login nor will it accept card on file. Always gives error, even after unistall/reinstall.

App works great but notifications for "picks" get old. Really don't need to know what staff think

I love being able to reserve my movies because it saves a lot of time and I get the movie I want

App works well except Android version crashes almost once per day when I use it, happened on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and my new Google Pixel as well.

App is good besides the fact that I can never add a form of payment to my account when I'm trying to checkout, so I'm constantly having to sign in to the physical website to be able to use my card and checkout.

Can't log on to mobile app and website at the same time always have to change the password on the one I'm not logged in to

Alerted by my S6 and S8 that this app drains battery life after you exit. Fix this please or I will not use the app.

Love that you can rent and hold the movies for pickup.

I enjoy having this app. One time the kiosk malfunctioned and the customer rep was so nice and helpful!

I have a problem with reserving the freebies on my card

What ever happened to the automatic availability part of the app , in the past when you chose a movie selection from your wish list and it was not available , the app would direct you to which kiosk had that perticular movie .

The app is good when you don't want to go into Web search engine to pull up redbox. It good for reservations when you might not get to it before others.

Wish the RB app allowed checking Wish List and some acct. info (e.g. Play Pass credits) without having to reenter password. Only req. PW for rentals & sensitive acct. info.

I like the app, I just wish there was a feature to search for a specific movie via multiple Redboxes

Love Love Love Redbox. . Not as fun as going to blockbuster back in the day; but its affordable and quick.

I busted two separate locations in one day. Both of the video games had paper inside the disc no video games. Like really people!!!

Unable to actually get the app to totally function

Get kicked off the app a lot.

It works as expected. I just wish you can select multiple movies and show where it is available in one kiosk.

This app worked great for the first while. Then all the sudden every time I am in it at some point it says it has stopped working. I have removed it reinstalled it multiple times called customer service to only get a free rental that I can't use because the app stops and I take my chances driving around looking for the movie I want. The whole point of the app is to reserve the movie and find it at one of the many locations without driving around in circles hoping to hit the jackpot. Don't know what the issue is definitely need to look for a fix!
