Would love to see more variety in the choices of rewards offered...

Logged in but can't earn points or anything else

I like the app its very cool. I really have had any problems with getting 85 points but after that I do things to earn more points but now it keeps telling me to login or register to claim the points. Why do I need to re login or register if I'm already logged in and registered plz fix this because if not I'm going to uninstall and I don't want to have to do that I really like this app

App runs slow, rewards are lame, and now we get notification the program is ending.

In this day and age it is simply unconscionable for a company to put out an application that is THIS bad. Everyone checks everything via their phones! If you can't step it up....take it out of Google Play.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to uninstall this app. No way to use it since every action results in an error. It would be great to have access through an app but until this is corrected, I'll just continue to use the online method.

Every time I open the app and click on rewards I get an error message and the app shuts down. From the info I do see it looks really cool. Please fix the problem!! I have an Android Note 3

This app does not work. Every time you want to report you have recycle it gives a "Error" message. If you're not going to fix it take it off PLAY STORE!!!!

Even though your logged in it keeps saying your not. I think no the looks of it you gave up on this app. I'll use the browser.

I feel sorry for others who have problems. I have belonged for quite a while and have been fine. I guess maybe because I use the website more i dont use the app enough to have the issues. But all in all I have cashed in at least 4 magazine subscriptions. I have over 3500 points but nothing left that I want unfortunately.

I am signed in, buy when I open a points article or quiz, it tells me to register or sign in the get points. Clicking on sign in brings me back to beginning of article, and doesn't earn points.

It tells you you're log in but when I want to earn points and want to save it it keeps asking me to log in .

Doesn't work. Doesn't give you the points you earn and constantly says you're not signed in.

Keeps telling me to log in when I am logged in and won't give me a chance to get points.

Noy happy spent my points to get b1g1 sandwiches from pen station and they would not take them said they dont know this company and will not take coupons from unnone places

Points you to pages to read to earn points. Read them and they tell you to log in...login button isn't even a link...just a picture of the word login... Plus I'm already logged into the app why do I need to login again.

Tried click on quizzes etc. Never pulled any up. Uninstalled

Did several things this morning and didn't receive ANY of my points! Wish I could find just ONE that's not a scam!

i had this app a few years ago and it had major issues crediting points, and i was never able to redeem. So i downloaded it again and gave it another try. While the points earnings were working (for the most part), i still cant redeem. it says to complete my address info, even though it is all correct. And its 2016, why require 2 address fields, even if one is N/A

I was able to set a schedule for Wednesday when we recycle. Although I was not able to alter the built-in Monday morning at 8am alert which is disappointing. From a Galaxy S6.

I love the opportunity to do little things every day in order to make a larger difference. Recyclebank allows me to do that.

The app works as it should, however the service itself is a joke. Very few choices for rewards and none of them I found remotely appealing. I guess the reward is the feeling you may be helping the environment?

They used to have loads of different rewards but now all I have access to is a handful of useless magazines. I have tons of points but can't use them. Also, the option of using your points to pay for things at their one twine store is a joke. They only let you use a few points per item and it never covers more than 20% of the purchase price. The whole scheme is total BS.

Great app to learn about helping environment with great local rewards.

Work much better now but sometimes I miss clicking for recycling for the week and there is no way to go back after my recycle day fix this and 5 stars

Error messages with every action. I can't even report on my recycling or earn points because the app shuts down.

Why doesn't anyone at Recyclebank care to fix the issues with this app? I was so excited to use it but after every actions I get the error message and I can do a task several times and it won't credit my points. Let's get this working please. Lots of people are waiting for this... What's the problem?

I love earning points on this web site from my laptop, and I'm super disappointed the app doesn't work. It refuses to let me sign into mu account and it's a waste of space on my phone.

I installed this app so I could see the rewards I've redeemed points for, without having to print them out. Unfortunately, every time I try to see them I get "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later". This makes the app pretty worthless, for what I wanted to use it for.

Once I get signed into my account I am unable to do anything. The app shuts down after every selection.

Unknown error is the only action this app knows. Let me know when you fix it. Can't report recycling or see anything else

Immediately after sign in gives error. "An unknown error occured". This going on for a month now. Can't see or redeem points.
