Thorough, discreet, helpful, pretty, easy to use. I wish it listed more behaviors related to Thinspo, but that's a minor thing. The app is amazing and helpful.

Very helpful tool in recovery. Therapist can have a meal by meal look at what you are thinking and feeling with each meal so that therapy sessions are more productive. Helps encourage mindfulness by asking questions such as hunger rating before and after the meal. Uses motivational phrases and pictures after completing meal logs so even after a disordered meal there is immediate motivation to get back on track.
This APP is everything I need! It helps you when you need it the most especially when it comes to your eating habits, and it helps you figure out whether or not you're really hungry or you're eating out of emotions...and it's FREE!! IT'S ACTUALLY WORTH 10 STARS!
This is an amazing tool that I actually enjoy using. It's easy and I love all the uplifting and encouraging words. The pictures are priceless
Very helpful, a good reminder to log and to eat. Helps me track patterns and behaviors along with coping mechanisms and emotions.
This app is very helpful. I wish that there was a place to submit your meal plan... being able to have a chance to see where I am for the day, but other than that it's good.
It kept crashing and taking all my data and not loading my meals or sending my feedback
This app has made logging and accountability easier. I especially like the capacity to photograph my meals and customize it for the coping skills I need.

I've used RR in the past, and my only complaint is that it won't allow you to change the wallpaper! Otherwise, this app is what you make of it, with both built in and community suggestions for your road to recovery.
Very handy app once I worked out how to change all the tracking fields - the original set up did not suit my situation. Now it's looking at items like hunger before/after, mindfulness, enjoyment of food, and more mood tracking. However, the charts can't be customised so it's hard looking at historical information if you change the fields. If this gets fixed, I'll change my rating to 5.
This app, in my opinion, is wonderful. It asks all the right questions. Has a variety of emotions to check in with. I really like that you can talk about each emotion. Very interactive. Great idea to create a link for doctors to sync up with patients!
I really like that it notifies me when I should be logging each snack and meal. Especially when I have a day off which is when I struggle the most.
This app is amazing. A really effective tool for those not yet comfortable to reach out to a medical professional about their eating disorder.
It's helpful but it seems to not save certain meal logs and it's really annoying.
