Record My Health is an application that will help you, the user, track the basic health information a doctor might ask for on a yearly visit, monthly visit, or if the user has a health condition and visits the doctor regularly. All of these visits require sharing health information with your doctor such as; Appetite, Pain Management, Medication Management, Feeling/Mood, Restroom Management and Other information. Usually the first thing the Dr will ask you is how you have been feeling, what your appetite has been like, or your pain levels. Most of the time, you have to lie, simply because you don’t remember. That is what Record My Health is here for, all this information can be tracked with this application. With Record My Health the visit will be less stressful as with one push of a button on your mobile device a detailed and accurate record of your health is available to be shared with the doctor.
