This app is very simple to use. UI is comfortable - I didn't feel lost at any point inside the app. Our company uses this mostly to recognize team members within departments, but it's really helped transparentize the performance of our members. Also like the modern design, much better than other older style recognition apps that we've used in the past. Recommend it!
