Liked reckon but suddenly this morning there are no buttons for adding invoices etc. It's like it is all read only. Is this an error with new update?

Customer entry / editing is broken selecting business or individual. Cannot bring up selection at all, like it is greyed out. Lost data because of this. Also have to enter password every time you enter app, no switching apps - you loose what you are doing to answer the phone.

Where are all the functionalities? Only shows overdue invoices and it does not update with data entered via PC. Half of my data is missing? Pointless app to be honest...needs an upgrade fast.

I just joined Reckon from your website using Google login. I wasn't asked to set a password or user name. How can I log into this app, where I was asked for them? I looked everywhere on the website after logging in but couldn't find anywhere to set a user name & password.

No Estimate/Quote function. The most basic principle of providing a service or item to a potential customer, is the customer wants to know the cost. Kind of hard to believe this feature isn't priority one. I'd consider paying for the whole reckon one service because it's clean and sharp after downloading the trial. No quote feature in this app is an enormous holethough, and renders it practically unusable for what it is. You guys have to pickup the ball you dropped a while back to make this work.

Good for full access - but when an employee wants to access his restricted login (payslips) he cannot view anything as it tells him there is nothing able for him to view on the dashboard :-(

I have the core module as that's all I need. In the desktop version I can enter income and expenses, create suppliers, contacts and items. All I can do in this app is add contacts. What's the point if I can't do what I can do on the desktop version? The settings also don't work when I touch/click it. Am I missing something?

I like the web version app. However this mobile app is really useless. I can only see the dashboard add contacts cannot log any transaction and payment. So why do I need this mobile app? What for? Really disappointed have to uninstall it.

At least I can't work out how which means it's not friendly enough if you can enter bills. One of my objectives in moving to cloud accounting is to be able to enter bills on the go. Rest of it works fine

Very powerful app, easy to do invoices and mark as paid. Great to be able to look up my contacts on the run too

Does everything I want it do. I found it really easy to use and managed to create an invoice in no time. Great for freelancers like me!

It was always a very lame app compared to the desktop version, but now it's just terrible. None of the Net Position pie graphs are working, what's gone wrong?
